This video was done in Update 4. The new terrain block came in Update 5. Thank you though as there patch notes did not State 2 New terrain materials. I know they added the Climbing rose as a new Terrain Material.

I also did not see the Obsidian Block on the list.

It can be Done solo I have a melee Build Video that can Solo it. There are a few other Build types and a Cheese Video out there that allow it to be completed as well. Once you get the Mechanics down it becomes pretty easy.

You are correct How ever once you light all the fires it summons in the dragon. I am aware of using the mountain side to cheese the boss. I Prefer doing it legit. That is why i chose the location I did it leaves it up to the Player to do the Fight legit or cheese.

I have not tested 2h Healing I would think it would be about the same if not a little faster with 2h. Simply because its based off the Percentage of the Critical damage done.

Ya I am stubborn I Created a Melee Build that can solo it with out using the Mountain method lol.

If I am not mistaken it is in the Ranger Tree +30% dmg to Flying enemy's I use it in the Revised version of the Juggernaut Build that can solo it in 3:15 secs.

I was corrected in the Shroud root/ Elixer well video on this as well you should end up with 143 points Pre dragon as the Wells give 3 Points and regular roots 1 point. Though this build has 10 Extra that you can place where ever after you obtain them.

It was Revised as some of the points are in "Dead" or bugged nodes. So I revamped it so points were not being wasted.

Good catch on the Level based ones. There are 4 That are locked behind the Dragon being defeated The Elixer well with 3 shrouds is the one with the Fel Cyclop's that is needed to get to Flame lvl 7. The Northern most Elixer well contains one Shroud root and a lvl 35 Fel Cyclopse. With the 3 standard roots under the lvl 8 shroud as well.

@@crystalentitygaming oh yeah i got the elixir well with 3 shroud roots. but the wiki states that clearing an elixir well grants 3 skill points and a normal shroud root only 1. now i am pretty sure i got all the roots except for the 4 up north where one is an elixir well which should as the wiki states give 3 points(as all elixir wells do) so either i am just being stupid somehow or my save might be bugged or the wiki is wrong. if i calculate with the data on the wiki it would add up but not like this. 68 from level ups, 33 from 33 shroud roots, 48 from 16 elixir wells which is 149. my flame level is 7, i have 143 points and i am missing the 4 roots in the north. if i go by the wiki this should check out because one is an elixir well which according to the wiki all give 3 when cleared where normal shroud roots only give 1. so 1 elixir well 3 + 3 shroud roots should be 6 points hence 143 + 6 adds up to 149. as i said maybe i am just beeing stupid, save is bugged or wiki is wrong. maybe all of it :) sry for the wall of text i am just confused at this point

@@DaveMuhr You are good If the Wells Give 3 Points then that would be accurate I will have to Pin a Message With a correction for 143 points Prior to Dragon. I never really paid attention once I chopped down the Shroud in the wells.

I was going nuts on this as well. In every forum and in every video they talk about how many skillpoints you can have before defeating the dragon they mention 145 as there are 4 purple icons still to clear. And then I'm sitting there with 143 after resetting my skills and having done all of the wells and root. The only plausible solution I came up with is that the one well with the 3 roots didn't count properly for me and thus I only received probalby one instead of 3 skillpoints. When I did that I never really paid attention on how many skillpoints what provides. But with your explanation it totally makes sense. Sadly, I will have to wait for a couple more days or weeks before I can kill the dragon as I had to promise a friend that I wait for him though he's currently abroad and bussy with his job.

lol I feel you on that one. I did it the Super hard way the first time around Pre Turbulance addition and it was sketchy then.

jump and glide across from the respawn flame that is there. It is surrounded by updrafts that will carry you over.

@@peasley5449 Easiest way is showcased in the Lighting the Balefires Video. Starts at the Summits Fast travel point and goes all the way up from there.

That is my Fault. I covered them in the Expired Build the only thing that changed was the Boots. From the Original build.

1 is the ring of endless life which is 6% life leech the other is Ring of the Ancients + 1 to all stats. The min/max would be two Rings of the Ancients.

Having a Ranger or caster makes it Easier yes. I have a Juggernaut Melee Build that can solo Him in roughly 3ish minutes as long as you watch the mechanics.

The new hallow halls Is the Easiest farm to do. You can place an Alter inside make sure your border does not hit the chest area and just re-log farm it. Its ez acess from the Howling Peaks if you have an alter up there.

At the end of the video, he showed he was playing on default settings.

check out the run i do with the dragon its under the live part of my yt page and it is the easiest way to farm it. i got 40 heads/20 kills with 900 stun arrows under 40 minutes. loot set to 200% and mining at 200%. I have a build that i was like one stun arrow away from clipping the Dragon in one cycle it was that close. The easiest farm chest in the game for all the good stuff is that small broken structure just north from the Holling peaks dragon, it is at the bottom in the shroud in that narrow part of the shroud that goes east to west. you can place an alter either to loot only the chest or not clip the banshee as this will give you two hi level drops per reset. I got all the good stuff at that chest under 100 rests.

The base with no weapons or gear is 5% the Dark Morningstar has Precise that adds 5% to the Base crit rating. Before Consumable buffs

I forgot about the Dog we Have one on our Server. However I dont have it on my personal world as I tend to play with Mostly Builder players lol.

Someone already tested that range damage doesn't effect ur wand or staff damage

Correct the Right side of ranger tree affects only the Bow The left side where our points are placed affect the FOE Type so it transfers the Damage to other sources.

@crystalentitygaming I'm not ready for that, I'm only level 17,but really enjoying the game, can't believe I haven't played it before now.

Which spec do you Run? Ranger mage or Melee? I have a Juggernaut Build that can solo it as the build stands however I am in the Process of Revamping it as I type this up lol.

@@crystalentitygaming I did a respec to Ranger in my skills. About 70 points distributed over Ranger & Tank. I've switched over to Nightingale game for a bit, i heard they had a complete revamp on the game. Thanks for your reply though 🙂

@@DeanoEssex Your good They did do a massive revamp on Nightingale Its one I play as well. I just dont like the Co-op Sate of Decay feel were your friends are just there to help you and not progress themselves as well.
