Great information bro Government approval is by the grace of God. They can approve your building permit and later deny it. Just like what’s going on in Abuja right now between Wike and land owners who bought land from government with their approval. And Wike has taken over those lands as I write this.

How much to mold blocks per bag of cement?
It depends on your location.
