I've tried both but dota 2 is by far twice harder.. all the deniable creep/minions, killable courier who is carrying your item, the extremely long sill cooldowns and extremely long stun duration and to make it worst the insanely slow hero turn rate.. Maybe it's just me but dota 2 feels more slow paced and takes too long to finish a single match and that is not my type sht cuz that is too draining .

Played Dota RU/EU servers for entire life, and playing right now RU/EUW servers in LoL. In LoL RU servers MT/EUW emerald 2 (playing ranked only for the first time second split), in Dota had 7.5k peak in before-coronavirus era when 8k was really impressive (gods of that era like miracle/maybe had 1.5-2k more than me) also playing in most difficult region EU in Dota is like playing in Korea servers in LoL, and vice versa playing NA/SA servers in Dota like playing some minor servers in LoL like RU/Turkey and etc. So me had a lot of experience with sharks of Dota and unerstanding just a little about LoL saying Dota is a way harder. There is "easy to play, hard to master" in my opinion. The only one thing LoL is far away is shkillshots, but in other, nah. I played jungle main kha'zix, rek'sai, then swtiched to bot adc (ashe Aphelios and sipport janna lulu, also sometimes play top teemo mid hwei) and I see only skillshots skills issues in LoL, basic macro game same for 10+ years of this game pubs+pro matches = lanning phase try to win or atleast to not lose badly, then play around drac/voidgrub/nashor watching on time, win a 1-2 5v5 fights and end game, that's it. All you need is cast spells faster than your enemy, do better combo like playing some fighting game (personally imaging playstyle on katarina/akali and etc as playing mortal combat or tekken) and avoid enemy skills, ALL. In dota you have to do simillar kind of stuff - lanning, then play around Roshan (analogue of Nashor), but also watching time (every 5min day switch night and again) to play with new cases - different movespeed, vision. Also you need to understand every second of game where is enemy gonna play or be - enemy adc can be easily has 0/2/0 kda and has 1-2 slots more than you just farming jungle with some ancient stacks (so there is no jungle role in game specifically so anyone can farm jungle and stack it - when you pull creeps out of it's camp and force to born new, just imagine 3-4-5 reds instead of 1 and etc), also when in comes to talk about micro LoL players always love to flex their skillshots and simply-skills in Dota, but forget many things - You can wear 10 slots of items instead of 6, more than half of them clickable so just imaging you have to press B to teleport home and sometimes Zhonya but almost all your inventory - just check highskills game in Dota (twitch youtube no matter) and pay attention to players items - supports has like glimmer (make you/teammate invisible)+force staff (pushes anyone on map)+stick (great thing, when enemies cast spells you got charges that can gave you instantly mana+health, basic item of Dota)+blink (flash but better)+some like eul/ghost scepter, as for cores (midlaner/toplaner/adc) there is hex (w lulu), bkb (old verson was best, literally being God vs casters), refresher (anothing best thing in Dota, refreshes ALL your skills and items except refresher :) ). So just imagine you have to cast your skill shots perfectly to win game but also keep in mind that you need to press fast and smart your items not only Zhona to stay on same place for a few seconds, but some like travel boots to TP on your teammate or manta style on adc to avoid enemy skills or something like this, wear item only for only one situation on game because its only way to survive and waste it = death. And I dont even start to talk about macro items like Smoke, Gem (imagine you can not only see shape of Shaco but literally see him and right click, maaan), couriers play (not only use it as analogue of tp home on LoL but scout no-vision area, sneaky follow enemy hero when chasing him to always clearly see him, steal enemy items - yes you can drop your items and someone can pick it up). I am deeply convinced that in perfect situation in vaccum only one Smoke in Dota 2 fck entire itemsbuildings in LoL by how important it is and how many ways there is to play with it. Then lets talk about some macro things that you have to keep in mind every match - mechanics. Buybacks - waste gold and be reborn immediately, smoke gangs, night time gangs, play around triangle (old name) and farm ancients, runes on water (invisible, double damage, haste, illusions and etc), tormentor, watcher, high/low ground + trees (is like brush in LoL but if brush had 10+ more applications instead of hiding only, misses on autoattack from low to high ground and etc), I am a little bit tired to type this text so I will be brief: Also you need to keep in mind in Dota mana burning mechanic, deny creeps and sometimes your teammates, modifier of your auto-attack like Q Drow Ranger, W huskar and etc - it is when you can right click enemy on lane and minions will not pay attention to you, scan of minimap (no know is there someone right now or not), interactions with time (freeze cooldown on skills/items for enemies or boost for teammates like chakra magic KOTL or time dilation Faceless Void), boost your projectile autoattack for range heroes (when your autoattack fly faster) witch blade item, interactions with model of hero (to make it slower or faster to rotate like Q batrider), another form of effects - not only stun, slow or invincible like in Zhonya, but also tornado (eul), ghost form (W pugna/necro, ghost scepter/e-blade), forbid on enemy to use skills/items (just imagine you have E soraka on yourself for 15 second and also this E forbid you to use any items - there is R Doom, welcome), break (mechanic to disable all passive effects from your skills like you dont stack armor on taam or morde), decrease of any possible thing - enemy armor, attack damage, even increase/decrease range of cast skills, cast items, auto-attack, possible ways to play - you can buy items in any match to became invincible for magic damage/physical damage, get W lulu as item, get personal E soraka as item, get invisible as item, buy Flash 3 times further and with cooldown for 5-20 sec. Also there is two items I cant compare with LoL items - Aghanim's Scepter and Aghanim's Shard, its two items that absolutealy change hero - add him new skill or improve it, its like Living Forge of Ornn but not for items but for skills for every hero in game, some of it insanely broke like Slark/Grimstroke shards and Vengeful Spirit/Wraith King Scepter), you also have neutral items with random chance to get what you want from jungle minions, backpack for your unnecessary or extra items to switch or something else. In Dota everything works on every each level of game. You free to do anything you want and game will not force you to play one specific style like if its Yuumi so there is only support role with heal buff items, if you want to play like that on Io - go and heal as pos5/pos4 support, want to be midlane adc? Go buy Aghanim, Dominator, Tarasque of something like this, and if you can play this style nobody will blame you, absolutely nobody, in Dota Pro competetive history already a lot of staff that became not meme but ordinary things - Adc/mid Io, mid kotl, support sven, sniper or kunka. Every match is something new you can learn from this game. I love LoL by the way, especially play as Janna with Kog'Maw or jungling rek'sai, but when I remind myself times in Dota, sheeeesh. I dont think any game will ever compare for me with feeling Dota gave me, like Miracle Shadow Fiend escape, Arteezy lifestealer vs Vici Gaming, Collapse magnus ti10, Miracle 1v5 as Outworld Devourer, Topson plays on TI8, Dendi in his prime especially grandfinal TI3 vs Alliance, Paparazzi as my favorite player of all time, any Somnus game, Ame in his prime, Yatoro on TI11, Jerax/Gh/Yapzor plays as roam supports, Mikoto mid plays, Noone in his prime Virtus Pro (to understand how good was Noone just imagine player in LoL in midlane when YOU are pro player and when you watch time its like minute 4 of game early lanning phase everyone level 3-5 and you see your PRO player mid 0-1 or 0-2 and enemy Noone 1-0 2-0 and you (professional player) understand this game is over, he will annihilate entire map, make himself kda like 25-0-5 and end game before 25 min when you mentally gave up 10 minutes ago and its in grandfinal of some tournament). Dude, I got goosebumps by just typing this, just try to imagine how it was to feel in real time. Or catch Miracle prime midlane OG and carry/mid for Liquid before Nigma. Thanks God we have now Collapse to continue this incredible adventure. Im done. So if someone will be curious about my skill in those two games, again: in LoL I was MT RU server, Emerald EUW (I am bad, I know, just playing 1-2 matches per day not even 7 times per week, I dont think I even have 1.5-2k matches in this game, main Khazix, Reksai, Lulu, Janna, Blitzcrank, Ashe, sometimes Hwei. In Dota I was like tier3 competetime player (times when I tried to compete were hardest times ever, before-coronavirus era), 7.5k mmr in 2017-2018, played against almost every pro player in EU, a few pro players from SEA/NA/China (when chinese players came to EU for tournaments), after coronavirus was analyst and coach assistant for a few team competed in TI/TI regional quals, played since Dota Allstars so basically I am mainer of any hero in Dota but prefer to play Lycan, Visage, Enigma, Drow Ranger, Meepo, Phantom Assassin, Faceless Void, Arc Warden. Now I do not play Dota only watch TI, grandfinals or Riyadh, prefer to waste my freetime on Apex Legends, CS2 and sometimes LoL. Thanks for attention!

legue is literally al mechanical skill pure micro and dota is only macro, team strategy. the overpowered skills in dota with massive stun durations are a equalizer you can be the best player but if you cant move or act you are as good as the worst player, this means that knowing when to do X thing is more important than knowing how to flash towards a morgana Q, the point and click nature of dota skills also remove the skill needed to land skills shots and is replaced with when is better to use it,

its honestly sad to see, i think an educated guess is that because of na lax culture, na teams are just going to be less discplined than korean teams, i came to this opinion because of how good nrg was last year at worlds, meaning they have a high ceiling, but discpline is the key to consistent performance imo. but then again i can be wrong, t1 this year looks worse than last year even though all the members are the same, they are human afterall so their performance fluctuates naturally. also the meta is different etc. many factors

One of his teammates at the time, It was Doublelift who was pulled into a Mordekaiser ultimate and Bjergsen glanced over to see what was happening inside the ult. 4:26 "How are these not bots!" They literally are bots. He's most likely playing New Player Mode there where it fills with bots if you can't find real players. Having BKB, Aghs, Overwhelming Blink plus whatever else in his other slots and 7500 gold and Level 30 at 22 minutes is literally impossible in a real game. That coupled with none of them wearing cosmetics and having an ally PA saying 'Pushing mid' shows there are clearly bots in the game. 5:09 He has Blink, is building Aghs, and is Level 14 at 20 minutes. Much more believable as an actual game with real players.
