Hi. My employer filed multiple petitions for FY 2023. My date of joining with new employer was on Oct 17th, 2022. My H1B revoked in November 2022. I did go to India for stamping on March 2023. VO said that I had parallel competitive petitions. I reached out my employer he acted that he is unaware of any multiple filing and said that he didn’t received any Notice. I lost everything my career, my health, my marriage life etc etc. On November 2023 status of my H1B applications reflected as revoked on USCIS case status page. My employer blocked or removed his phone number by then. No way to reach him. Later I found out that I can get my documents via FOIA and after getting my documents after 2 months of waiting, I see that my employer colluded with his brother-in-laws company and filed 103 application's. I lost my career. I want to report to USCIS. What is the process?

Indians are doing very well in U.S. since the world s top Technological companies are based in U.S..In this country only merit counts.Off course they are equally ruthless if any body tried to produce false certificates.Even Citizenship is cancelled.There is no caste or Reservation like India here.The Dollar Dream which everybody calls is very true here.I have seen many N.R.I s left their corporate jobs switched to business and are doing remarkablg very well.

HI... I already had business B1/B2 visa which is valid from 2017-2027; but i never travelled to US till now on business purpose or personal reason. Now my H1B is approved & while scheduling the Visa Appointment it's giving me an option of interview waiver. So my question is; as i already had B1/B2 visa, can I opt for interview waiver for H1B or do I need to attend for interview for sure...?

Nowadays, many educated youth are after green card and settlement in usa. Young parents of age 50 years are encouraging. But there are social and historic issues to be considered. Social: When children are 25 years old , parents are 50 years old. Children want to go abroad and parents are healthy, active , want to send them abroad and happily sending. After 10 more years these kids get married, they want their children to be nris by birth and take parents help for deliveries and bringig up of their children for some time. . At this age many parents are healthy and happily doing this job. After 10 more years , both parents or one of them become sick because of old age and they have to lead lonely life in india at 70 years age with nobody's support. This is because in some cases , all children are settling abroad. Some times only single parents are living and leading lonely life in india. They can't adjust abroad environment. In some cases both parents though healthy, they have to lead lonely life and they also don't know when they will become sick because of old age of 70 years. Historic 20 years back , assam burnt because of migration of people from west Bengal and bangladesh. We know what happened in srilanka because of migration of tamils, thirty years back. It burnt like anything. We also know reasons for bifurcation of ap into telagana and ap. All these happened because of migration of people from other regions. To have some higher standard of living, we want to be part of a minority group in another country, even after watching all this history. We want our future generations to be permanent minorities there. We want people of that country to show solidarity with us. I don't find any country wrong, if it wants to protect its citizens interest. If person doesn't find a suitable job , he has to go anywhere on earth for survival. But people who go abroad iiespecially in IT sector are of not this category.
