AIR HAMMER? Harbor Freight Tools ICON Bearing & Seal Driver Set
Good for Pats to at least make good on their product . I just bought a Pats for my 1953 Ford Jubilee I hope it fits
They did. No complaints on the customer service and really no complaint on the product as I was probably using it outside its intended purpose. But I think you’ll enjoy it on the Ford hitch!
Dang, you have all the cool toys. Nice trailer and skid steer. Nice job.
I wish the skid loader was as mine! It belongs to my neighbor. Man they can do a lot of different things.
Great video bud ,really like that cutter and the grapple is money well spent they pay for themselves quickly ,Great job on the cleanup
Thanks! Grapple was definitely worth every penny! It has saved me hours and saved by back too haha. And definitely getting my use out of the cutter as well, it’s a tough sucker.
Great video bud I'm starting my 2nd round of cutting now in this Tennessee heat
Thanks! I should be getting my second cut here in a few weeks. It’s been so hot and dry here I was hoping to get a little rain on it before cutting to green it up a little and cut down the dust. I hear you on the heat! It’s been brutal here. Good luck on your second cut and be safe out there.
Smooth operation.
Thanks!
What’s the name of the tool?
Ranchmate Tie Bar. There 6” and 4” models. The 4” works best on this type of fence. Here it is on Amazon. amzn.to/3z0oR16
Hello, do you still use your MTL tree puller?
I sold it when I bought this one but honestly for the price and quality the MTL is hard to beat. Sorta wish I still had but the reason I upgraded was to have the ability to dig at the roots if needed. Some trees need a little help.
@@arrowjmfarms I was going to make you an offer. Haha
Ha! Oh man yea I definitely would’ve made you a good deal.
Infrastructure. Infrastructure. Nice job. I need about 3-4 of these crossings.
I need a few more myself. Seems like you never have infrastructure. I have some water projects planned as well as installing a new bridge on the creek. But that’s going be a very big project.
Them bolts come loose on all drivers it doesn't matter
I’ve got about 10,000 bales on a 605 Vermeer and I’m trying to figure out how to charge it. Your video was very informative. Thank the Lord I haven’t had to put my tailgate back on though. I don’t think I would tackle that I would take it back to the dealership and get some help with that
Do you know if this comes in Cat 1 ?
Yes they do.
See i thought i was seeing stuff... dam that looks ruff
Haha. It was. I got it worked out though. We’re back in business now.
I thought at beging of video it showed the hinge on top was broke
Yep for sure.
Dammm bud that looks expensive and dang that crazy
Yes, hinge pin on the top came out when I was baling. It did cost me a new $600 hydraulic cylinder! But it’s back up and going strong. Baled a lot with this year so far. Always something!
I finally ordered one of these today.
I use it for everything! One of the best upgrades I’ve done.
Nice job.
Thanks!
I haven’t lifted mine and rarely have had clearance issues. Easier to work out of a lower bed. Tampering with what the Kawasaki mechanical engineers toiled many hours, to get right, seems reckless to me. A dependable machine with the lowest cost service life is my priority. Well made video and hope that the changes you made serve you well.
I understand that for sure. I resisted as long as I could for the reasons you mentioned. Our place is pretty rough. I have definitely noticed a difference in getting around the property. I do feel it has been a worthwhile upgrade for our needs but I’m keeping a close eye my CV joints.
Yup! I have the same problem. In bush it’s very easy for brush to move looser right hand attachment and if not very careful or backblading the right hand side comes off. All unmodified genuine gear. Working on solution!
I’ve seen some folks chain the lever arms together so that they couldn’t unlatch. In my case, the SSQA itself was warm and out of spec causing excess slack. I ended up welding on some shim material and that has worked great so far.
I’ve seen some folks chain the lever arms together so that they couldn’t unlatch. They used a dog chain latch and drilled holes at the end of each lever. In my case, the SSQA itself was warm and out of spec causing excess slack. I ended up welding on some shim material and that has worked great so far.
Thanks, God bless
Thanks! Same to you!
Good details and options
Thanks! Glad you thought so!
Great Video. I have Dexter 10K GD axles as well. What size is the spindle nut socket you are using? Is it 2-3/16" ? Where did you purchase it. I am having trouble sizing the socket. A 2-1/4" socket is too big and a 2-1/8" is too small. Any information will be of a great help before I start in changing seal, bearings and brake assys? Thanks Ron Lines SW Virginia
Thanks! The socket is in fact 2 1/4”. I got it from Amazon. Here is the one I purchased - amzn.to/46cO0C3. I believe they have several different sizes to choose from.
Thanks for the video.
Thanks for watching!
Got one from Home Depot. I liked this video. Thank you for taking the time to do this.
Nice job on the repair. I’ve heard bailers break all the time.
It’s hit and miss. There are times it all goes smooth. But with baling hay it’s always something. Between the baler, rake, cutter, and two tractors there’s always something lol.
Good diagnostic and repair.
Plenty to work on around here lol.
New subscriber - great drone shots!! Keep it up!
Thanks! Will do!
I knew they would send you replacements, I did have a concern that they were made out of aluminum. I have seen a guy plasma out hardened steel latches but even he didn't have this problem, I've been running mine for about 4 years without issue. I do have a sickle that puts upward pressure but I guess it isn't enough to damage the locks.
Yeah they definitely tried to make it right. Kudos to them for that. These disc mowers are pretty heavy, and I’m sure I’m rough hay fields didn’t help any. I do like it more than the regular style quick hitches.
Nice job
Thanks!
Thanks. Can't beat the OLD School Stuff!!
No sir.
WELL WELL WELL....... SO much for the "NEW SCHOOL"?????? On OLD SCHOOL. Jay Co, Been around a 100 Years!!!! Old Gramp's Had those Back in the Day. Matter a Fact, Everyone had em!!!
👍🏼
Thanks for the video! What tractor do you have? I’m looking for a tractor for 20 acre homestead overgrown to shit and am overwhelmed
It’s a Kubota M105s. Older 100hp machine but I bale hay also. I think I’d be looking at 60hp machines depending on your budget. I like Kubota but I’m looking at TYM or Kioti for a secondary machine. I have also done a lot of clearing with a brush cutter and backing in to the material. And I will never be without a grapple, it’s an indispensable tool IMO.
How many ‘ from one post to another?
50-60. Just depends on terrain. With dips and bumps I will add extra to keep the height somewhat consistent.
I have this powerful machine 😊im from Goa#India but right now this is not available 😢 here ..this is the best machine ever...still my machine is in good condition
I agree! Happy tilling my friend!
Great video.Shows how it really is.
Thanks!
👍
That’s just part of it. Have a good weekend
Yes it is. Always something to work on! You have a good one as well!
Thank you for sharing your experience!
Thanks! Hopefully it was helpful!
Could a person use a 25 horse tractor with any of these?
I have seen it done. You’ll definitely be limited to smaller trees and saplings but it might surprise you.
Good information. Nice job.
YOU MUST LOOSEN THE LOCKING NUT BEFORE ADJUSTING THE BOLT.
How much did that loud cost
I’m not sure I understand the question?
I kinda thought wat he talkn about loud
Good way to strip the threads without loosening the jam nut.
I just put a new transmission oil seal on the one my Dad bought in 1976, i got the briggs and stratton with the reverse gear pulley... these old Troy Bilt tillers are built like tanks..
Nice! My axle seals need replaced at some point. And yes they are built like tanks!
So easy when no rocks I live in a moraine
I am definitely fortunate to not have rocks to deal with. If I had rocks I would probably do raised beds.
I have spent days pulling onions the size of basket balls out of my ground and they just keep coming. That horse will pick me up and shake me like a rag doll when I pick up a good one with the tines
@@shadowcaster111 🤣
Great video. Now I know when it’s time how to check the brakes. Thanks for sharing. God Bless.
Thanks, you too!
Just found this video and I think my 2020 telluride is doing the same thing. Thanks for uploading
Hopefully it helps you! There wasn’t much out there on this issue when ours started doing it. So far this has fixed it.
Good to know. I just ordered one and then saw your video. I don’t plan on doing any offset work, but it would be nice if that lever was tough enough for it. But the harder they make it, the more brittle it is.
That’s true. I’m sure there’s some give and take. For regular 3 point attachments it shouldn’t be much of an issue.
Thanks for the great video
Thanks!
I have to change a carb on mine since I found the same American made one, mines the troy 8hp briggs that troy did for uhaul in orange but it was painted red by the guy I bought it from. You can see the orange under the red that says uhaul. I bought the furrow attachment and changed tines and it's totally different, it walks by itself. See you in more films
That’s awesome! In that case I probably would replace the carb also and keep that engine. I need to replace tines and tires on mine.
Very informative article thanks!
Glad it was helpful!
