Careerist was a total scam. Whatever they teach you could have learned in the first two weeks of onboarding at the company. Myself and other people in my class haven't gotten hired and our class started last year in Sept. They misled us into thinking Sales Engineer is an entry level role, and then tell us to go in to SDR roles which pay like 30-50k, and we're still getting rejected for those because of lack of experience. They never heard of Careerist, don't care about it, and recruiters have called their "Internship Simulator" fake.

Facts depend on where you stay. That didn't look too bad.

The course is $500 upfront and $50 a month to maintain access for as long as you need. Depending on how long you require access, this could become a very expensive course. I believe the coaching call is $200 for 30 minutes. I'm not saying it's good or bad. Just be sure of what you want to do.

Merc said something that resonated with me so heavily in that interview. When he was testing his mind would just get cloudy. I had the same thing happen to me when I was trying to become an EOD tech, I failed that even though I studied my butt off and tried to cheat🤣🤣🤣 God be putting us where he wants us regardless of what we want I swear. I’m now in medicine and I love it. I had no interest in it until got put in a position where I had no choice but to do it.
