I live in Healdsburg, these "homes" are a joke. They look like cheap IKEA trash. These are built across the street from a motor park home, Mcdonalds is in your parking lot, and because it's by the bridge, you're surrounded by riff raff neighborhoods. The residents laugh, especially at all the "luxury" homes they build after tearing down all of our loving victorians, again IKEA garbage. Keep this crap in SF

Can i just do the foundation myself

I have lived in Healdsburg for 11 years and have a farm on W Dry Creek Road. It is a one lane road and we do not respect the idiot bikers holding up the entire road to cars, as they use the road as their private bike path. They are totally uncaring about those of us who live there and need to drive on the road. Please do not tell these morons to ride on our road.

This house sold for 675k in September 2023. Quite a markup.

My house is bigger, older, nicer, and I have tons of property - not that tiny unmaintained scrub lot. Bought it for 290k in 2008, worth 1,1M now. That house is an absolute joke - market's going to crash again. Just wait till it does and snatch up something nice for cheap like I did.

I’ve considered Napa and Healdsburg and other amazing locations in CA., but what stops me is the huge state income tax, the ridiculous amount of regulations and the woke agenda.

Used to be into fine dining….diminishing utility with prices and been there done that. I only remember the bill from French Laundry $666.00. Best were Highlands Inn and La Toque.

It is a beautiful community. Too bad it has an open sidewalk for outside pedestrians to enter and use our pool and lakes. No one stops them and they don’t leave when asked. Residents are afraid to confront them. It may be a “gated community” but only to vehicles.

The issue lies in the property tax system. It shouldn't burden primary residences but rather apply to secondary homes and investment properties. Property tax unfairly impacts individuals with lower incomes while sparing the wealthy.
