As a Airbmb owner I read the guest reviews over the pictures for the real experience. To add 30% more to my operation cost that would need a lot more bookings to make it worth it plus all that extra foot traffic cost in upkeep as well. You seem to skip over the biggest obstacle to home vacation rental ownership and that is the County they have become very restricting, bureaucratic and costly to operate a Short term Rental. I know your videos are to get buyers onboard but give them the full picture.
If you get 50% increase in revenue its fine to pay 30% not 20% for mgt. I think you are missing the point. Restrictions are good for the people who know where to find the good ones as it limits inventory!
