Wow...loved the part on how to handle the conversation when someone tells you about their abortion. It was really helpful, because I think I am someone who wants to justify...great advice
Things are so confusing now. Men are a sign of strength and so are women but the evil one is tryna override each one’s position. It’s sadddddddd 😢
It is super sad! And confusing..praying the Word of God can truly be our guide for this❤️
Being able to weep is a strength.
It truly is! Amen! Thanks for commenting
I have no clue of the background of this story. But maybe those tears were for the voluntary ending of a unborn baby...?
Tears were for the ending of an unborn baby and the emotional brokenness it caused the grieving woman in the aftermath. Abortion hurts in more than one way. Both of these pain points can be honored at the same time, and that’s what made that moment so incredibly powerful with a trusted friend. Please take some time to watch the entire episode! It might surprise you :)
@@P2GPODCAST I’m sure it is a powerful story that was driven from awful events and compelling situations in your life that drove you to make the decision to abort your baby. As gently as possible, and with your circumstances set aside, the trauma and grief you feel for aborting your baby is not unique. Legions of women have and are now experiencing the natural consequential aftermath of an abortion. What is unique is that you had a trusted friend to help and provide you comfort in your time of need. In that you are truly unique and truly blessed. Perhaps your Podcast could gift time directed towards providing other women the much-needed emotional life rafts and safe harbors they need to anonymously share their stories, and then you can begin to pay forward the healing catharsis your good friend gave to you.

@alpereira7450 they actually volunteer at a retreat for women who are dealing with this pain.
Thank you! Surely they are doing God's work!
Wow, powerful episode. Thank you, Becky and Brittany, for sharing your hearts and experiences. I would like to see an episode on having your abortion after having a child. There are so many layers to go through when dealing with grief...thank you both for doing these...they really are healing.
We definitely need to cover that topic! Thanks Sandee for all the support!
Curious if you decided to make this choice or if it was medically necessary
Hi! Thanks for checking out our channel. Our podcast hosts made the personal choice and were not medically necessary. We hope you can check out our other clips and full episodes to hear more about the choice and how they found healing afterwards :)
go with god
Amen! So thankful for His grace and mercy! Hope you can check out our episodes, Jake! God bless
@P2GPODCAST you are doing the lords work, thank you for sharing your experience sister.
Great interview! That quote by Sunday Masse about an animal gnawing off it's own leg was SO powerful! "A woman doesn't want an abortion like she wants an ice cream cone or a Porsche, but like an animal gnawing off it's own leg." Whoa! SO true, no matter what your belief is on abortion. I also like how you've said that before your abortion, you thought it was going to be like a "reset button". So true! And unfortunately, it's not....not for the woman, but ESPECIALLY not for the baby. 😢
So so so true! Agree with everything you shared. So glad these episodes are resonating with you. Thanks for watching!!
Hey britt. Awesome video. Its great to hear you
Thank you Jesus for watching :) 🙏🏼 -Britt

Thanks so much for watching Maria!! Appreciate your support
NO CHRISTIAN WOULD EVER EEEVER HAVE AN ABORTION!!
What response was that? Are you talking about born-again individuals or just people who attend church because it is what is expected? While pastors and priests have often preached against fornication and adultery which leads to kids being born outside of wedlock, they , if they were truely men of God, would not and should not have advocated for abortions in those cases. That is because of a verse of scripture, which states, she shall be saved in child bearing. There are also verses telling us that there are consequences for those that would harm a pregnant woman causing her to lose her child. God is love. God is merciful. God is also a judge . He tells us to judge righteous judgment. The devil is the father of lies. That is also in scripture. Planned parenthood initiatives and personel have often spread the word that " having a baby will ruin your lives". This is not true. There are many studies that have shown that having the responsibility and care of children improves our lives and minds. Many people that have had children out of wedlock or in wedlock, or too young even, have gone on to attend college, graduate, start businesses, get married and buy homes....etcetera and etcetera. Single mothets have time after time, arisen to the challenge and succeeded. You shall know them by their fruits. That is also in scripture. Be very careful when pointing out perceived shortcommings of individuals in the clergy. God defends and avenges His own.
Thank you Hilary for sharing and watching our clip! Love your points. Highly encourage you to watch our entire podcast episode for more context! :)
This is from episode 2 of our podcast :)
i am not religious but i really appreciate yalls approach. i love the compassion, empathy, and ability to support without judgement. i wish more religious groups were like this because community is always needed no matter what your personal beliefs are.
Thanks so much for your comment! We want to help the church better represent God’s love. But regardless, empathy, compassion, and genuine support is so important! Hope our content has been helpful.
God believes in abortions. It speaks about it in the Bible ❤
Hey Jacqueline! Thanks for watching! I’m interested to know which scripture supports your belief?
Thank you for bringing your honest experience.
Thank you for listening and supporting our podcast! We hope our experiences can shed more light!

Your sins are never a secret from God.
Amen! God sees it all. Shame is what moves us to hide them from our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ though. James 5:16 encourages us to confess our sins to one another and in that we find quite a bit of healing.
I’ve personally known Becky since childhood, and she has always been wise beyond her years. This is yet another example of how her heart and wisdom shines through in everything she does. Thanks to both of you for your courage and strength ❤
Annalisa, thank you so much for watching our episode! Becky is an amazing woman of God!! So happy to have her on this podcast journey ❤️ stay tuned. Becky tackles a hot topic for episode two, you won’t want to miss it!
So amazing and touches on the trauma and lies surrounding abortion like nothing else I've heard!

I had an abortion 9 years ago and thought it was a totally normal decision to make at the time. I was a single mother and looking for love during a depressed and lonely season as a young mother after my son's father broke off our engagement and walked out on me. When I found out I was pregnant, I was so ashamed. I didn't want to have a relationship with the father, and I didn't want to end my pregancy but I felt like I couldn't raise another baby, (My son was 3 years old,) and I was ashamed and afraid of being judged for having another child with another man who wasn't my husband. I also felt like no man would ever love me or see me as worthy of being a wife if I had 2 children with 2 different men. I was working as a choir director at a church and I already felt like an outsider being a single mother. I begged my sister who didn't have children of her own at time to raise my baby- I couldn't bear the thought of having the baby and not being in the child's life and I thought I'd my sister would adopt my baby then I could just tell everyone in my community that I was purposefully having a baby for my sister and avoid their judgment. My sister cried with me - something I think about often, because she has had 3 abortions and I feel like our shared tears were proof of our hearts acknowledging the life of a child. She shared my fear- she too didn't want to be a single mother because she felt like it would be a hindrance to her finding love and sharing her own family. I went to my health clinic. My file now reads, "Patient doesn't really believe in abortion but already is a single mother in school and has two jobs and doesn't feel like she can raise another child." I wish I had encountered a Christian counselor to help me make a different decision. I did experience immense healing at a Rachel's Vineyard retreat. I still regret my decision to abort. The process was the most emotionally harmful and depressing experience of my life. Now I am married and trying to get pregnant and have experienced two miscarriages. I would do anything to go back and save the baby that I aborted 9 years ago.
Daniella, I’m so so thankful for you writing in and sharing your story. Your healing at Rachel’s retreat is a sign of God’s faithfulness. The journey leading up to an abortion and even the healing afterwards is sooo complex. Keep trusting and calling on God. We’re here for you. - Brittany

Thank you Anisa!! It’s amazing to find community that relates to these feelings. Let’s call it what it is. Thanks for supporting and sharing. ❤️
Great job on the first episode of the podcast! You both articulate the heart behind the purpose of this. It’s reaching, extending a hand, loving and compassionate. Sharing the testimonies says, “I am going to get in the trenches with you because I know how to make it out and can help you.”
Appreciate it! Share with friends and family. 🙏
Love you, thank you ❤
Becky is my sister!!!!

Yes I walked away from God after my first abortion because I was so ashamed of myself and I thought that God must hate me so much
