kinda suck it cant bear the load if it's backfill to make level with the lawn but i guess the concept is to stop the movement of the water from soil erosion.

These can be made with recycled plastic. I think this could fix some of the problems in small island countrys.

Do you know how to clean the bottom and deepen around the pier? To do this, you need a motor pump for very dirty water and a Bagermaster suction nozzle. The motor pump can pump out up to 100 cubic meters of sand and mud in one day. Very useful thing, especially where there is no excavator

Are you pouring sand behind the dam? Where do you get sand for this? Are you using a minimal dredger to deepen and clean the bottom around the dock?
