This version is good but nelsons was better in the 2015 proms
An incredibly nerdy question I know but does anyone know which model chinrest she is using in this performance. I have been looking to acquire a high central chinrest of this colour for ages and haven't been able to find one.
Michail Jurowski !!!!! Vladimir was his FATHER who died in 1972.
I was there.....an unforgettable experience....Beethovens spirit was present ...grazie Maestro !!!!
🤮🤮🤮
So expressive. A beautiful performance.
Could anyone tell us what was said in German that might have led Ms. Mutter and the viola player to tears? Other than the Mozart itself?
I love the moderate tempo used for the first movement. Makes it extra profound for me.
obviously a benefit show for Ukraine and one of the most beautiful concerts I have ever ex-experienced-Ken in TN, USA
Super si e perdorin kosovaret

4K disguising itself as 720p...
Matur suksma
The piano has incredibly clarity between notes. it is woody too like the old fortepianos.
OMG that is simply incredible. I've not heard ASM live for many years and last time I heard her play this she didn't play the cadenza from the first movement like that. It is the first time that I have heard someone interpret the cadenza based on the phrasing of the melody rather than the difficulty of the passage. Outstanding.
I have to say that I’m a very big fan of Anne-Sophie Mutter. I think there is no other violinist that has her level of articulation and note precision. Though she’s obviously not in her prime, she delivers a wonderful performance. There are many young virtuoso violinists out there, but idk, Mutter has something I have yet to see in someone else.
No me cansa, verlo y escuchar...feliz
L'orchestra, uno Stradivario, Antonio Pappano, che meraviglia, e...Beatrice Rana...oohhhh che musicista stellare 🌟 Grazie, grazie grazie di cuore per questo Schumann che tocca l'anima così profondamente! 🙏
Returning to this, I truly believe this is one of the bravest, most sincere, most masterful and most moving performances in all of music. Also, wonderful work from the piano tuner.
DANG! STILL GOT IT GIRL!! BOOM! And THAT'S how you play Beethoven! Awesome! Sweet! Transcendent! WHAT a performance! So smooth, so confident, so at ease. Great orchestra also. Maybe that Herbert von Karajan fellow was on to something when he spotted YOUR talent! Will we ever hear better? I doubt it...

This is the best interpretation I have heard from the Schumann Piano Concerto so far. Beatrice is not only technically brilliant but she fully understands the "feeling"W behind romantic music. Fantastic.
ASM is one of my favourite violinist every and that will reamin
The woman is a goddess with the violin. Her intonation is remarkable and I love this concerto even more ❤❤😀
I can understand why Ann Sophie Mutter was the favorite violinist of the famous director von Karajan. They both have the same energy and strength!
Ludwig van Beethoven His Royal Majestic !!! Thank God to created his soul
Who is the violist and the orchestra?
JUROSKY LA DIRECCION DE BEETHOVEN ES MAGNIFICA,NUNCA OIR ESTAS SUTILEZAS.. BRAVO...🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷
0:30 Allegro ma non troppo 27:40 Larghetto 38:33 Rondo. Allegro 50:50 Speech about "Dieses wahnsinniges krieg in Ukraine" (sehr gut) 54:59 Mozart: Sinfonia Concertante Es-dur, KV 364, 2 satz, Andante
This is wonderful playing. You can listen to each note separately and still find it wonderful, because it is so well expressed by Anne-Sophie Mutter. Together they make this even more wonderful. A Masterly playing, thank you so much!
마음이 풍요로워지는 연주입니다
Fantastisch, für waren bisher ABM und Lipatti die Referenz.
I really admire Anne-Sophie Mutter, I love the way how she plays violin, it's just beautiful.
aku juga
Mozart is cute. Beethoven is a bad ass mofo!
Sorry to display my ignorance: What’s the piece they play as an encore? And, who’s the other violinist?
Mozart. Title @ 55:00. Other violinist? Mr Mutter?
2nd movement 27:30
I'm a big fan of ASM and have enjoyed watching a live performane of this piece, but here I just think she takes a few too many liberties with timings and jazzing it up (or down in the case of that drunken sounding end to the slow movement). Anne Sophie Mutter is a big star yes, but Beethoven is the greater star. Having said that, it's good to have these different versions so people can make their own mind up about what works best.
Why on earth do people have to abbreviate everything.... ASM 😠 .... her name is Anne-Sophie Mutter!!
@@heidiswiss5763 Sorry it's my problem with typing with my fat fingers, the more letters I type the greater the risk of an error! No disrespect intended, I have the utmost admiration for Anne Sophie-Mutter. Her Bruch /Mendelssohn disk is excellent, and her early interpretation of Mozart's 3rd is sublime. It was quite an honour to see her perform in London a few years ago
@@stradivariouspaul1232 Apology accepted! Yes, she is fantastic! This piece brought me closer to classical music when I was about 15 years old ... so about 100 years ago :) Love it!!
🤔🙄😒🧐
Very polished performance.
Wish I understood the language. :(
😂😂😂
Grandios!!!
This is in Helsinki Finland with their orchestra!!
It was held in Isarphilharmonie in Munich, Germany.
😍😍😍
Zur Erinnerung für jemand der mir viel bedeutet hat!❤❤❤
Check out the look on the conductor's face when the bassoon comes in on the upbeat of the third movement!
Lujo y placer escucharlos. Gracias !!
