Is there a way to do it by actually attaching it to the pool filter so the pool sand filter itself vacuums the debris? Would be more convenient so you don’t have to readjust pH alkalinity and chlorine levels from adding garden hose water

I've done everything you showed here, which matches the setup instructions that came with the pump. Backwash, rinse, then run. Everything about the pump seems fine, but I get no water flow once I set it to filter and turn in on. The drain plugs are removed, I can't figure out what's wrong. Can anyone help me?!!?

Went through the backwash and rinse step for new same pool with sand in filter and afterwards psi is reading 0.4 bar (6psi). What am I doing wrong? What do I need to do to get it to normal psi of around 4.5?

HI, it was helpful, but I have some issue with 1cd-ftv engine 2.0 d4d. Diesel engine doesn't have that part(pcv), but I have high oil consummation and I lot of smoke from the same hose. Any advice?

Does it need to be on a certain setting?

I got the Bestway 58515 model, got any tips on how to do it on one of those without having to spill way too much water, since the filter sits vertically?

Okay but where's the drain pump filter? I am having a hell of a time identifying anything that tells me where the filter is so I can clean it I have a suspicion that it is built into the pump and cannot be cleaned just for the fact that I can't find her placement parts for it either to even find out what it looks like

I have the same filter but i am not sure which setting can be used for vacuming the bottom of the pool?

Do you have any suggestions for adding either a mechanical or digital timer? I have read there may be issues in doing this due to the reset button on the pump's power cord.

I did everything you said and my PSI is at 40. I disassembled and reassembled and still get 40 PSI. What am I doing wrong and how do I correct this?

I've got it set up, but water doesn't seem to be flowing. I'm assuming I would be able to feel/see some sort of movement within the pool. All plugs are out and flow is unlocked. I back filled the pump before putting the controls on "play" and there were bubbles inside the pool then. Once I put it to "play", nothing happened. No pressure in the tank, reading at 0. Any suggestions? This is my first time using this pool and this type of pump.
