    If I comprehend correctly, you said that a post contrast coronal sequence can be constructed from the post contrast axial and sagittal T1 3D isometric sequences. Is that correct? Is this standard practice for a Brain MRI W/contrast, or do I need to request a set of post-contrast coronals? Thanks

    • @pulseradiology
      @pulseradiology 2 года назад

      Hi Dusty, It always depends on the imaging centers protocols that the radiologists set. But to reduce the exam time, there are pulse sequences that are 3D isometric and yes those can be reformatted. So I would run a 3D iso and then reconstruct a sagittal and coronal. I hope this helps!
