A cool detail about Stahl is that he has a full head of hair. The natural radiation and brutal enviroment of Helghan caused most of the original colonists hair to fall out. This was passed on to later generations, so the majority of Helghast are hairless. It's a sign of how wealthy, privileged and powerful Stahl's family must be to avoid the horrific conditions of the planet and stay fairly similar to Earth/Vektans.

I really appreciate these games for making the Helghast more than just Nazis in space. Their history makes them more sympathetic and makes the conflict with the ISA more nuanced and morally complex.
