My countertop dishwater is leaking from the bottom when running, what should I do ? 🥺
Hi! Thanks for your feedback. Please confirm whether the leak is occurring from the bottom front or back of the dishwasher. Additionally, what type of detergent are you currently using? If it is a standard liquid detergent that is designed for cutting grease, it may generate excessive foam during washing, which could lead to water leaking in front of the dishwasher. And we recommend purchasing a 3-in-1 dishwasher cleaner that contains both cleaning and descaling. Going the ductless route do you still need the duct attached?
Hello! Thanks for your interest in the hermitlux. If going the recirculation mode, there is not necessary to install a silver exhaust. Instead, ducted mode requires the installation of a silver exhaust pipe.

I found a solution! No more error E3, first use the steps in the video, these steps were fine to remove the error, but it kept re-appearing. Turns out the culprit was the soap powder. Don't pour it in the intended recipient in the door, because the wet powder may cristallyze and clog the draining system. Spread the powder along all the door's length to prevent big chunks of crystal powder to form. Voilà!

On mine if I hit the Extra Dry button and the power button for 3 seconds it drains.

Good video but bear in mind there is also a little hole spraying downward under the sprayer that also needs unclogging. Lucky I spotted it as I was disappointed at first that this didn’t work and the video doesn’t show that hole. Anyway so glad it’s fixed!

If you don't want to leave the drying mode on continuously, you can switch the dishwasher off by long-pressing the ON/OFF switch and the drying mode will switch off as well.

Except for the fruit mode, the dishwasher's four remaining wash modes automatically dry after washing. It will be drying for 60 min, and storage modes will last for 73 hours. The temperature of the drying mode is about 60°C.
Why do you need a portable dish washer when you have a full size one by your sink?
That was the first thought that came to my mind too, but it could be a gift. There could be some valid explanations.

My instructions said to fill it 3 liters but in all actuality I had to put 3 or 4 full pitchers of water, after the third pitcher pour slowly until I hear the 5 quick dings that say it’s full. This is not obvious and not correctly explained in the manual.

I am currently having problems with an e3 error on mine and sadly the instructions in the video are not working , and I’m very sad about that, it was such a wonderful help but now it’s no use 😩😩😩😩😭😭😭😭
