I have to 100% disagree with this, along with proof; obviously. I am not on your side or the other, nor am I involved with any narcotics, just science. People get busted while for example " vacuum sealing" simply based on all the different levels of cross-contamination from people who've touched or brought the scent/dust/oil/particulates along the way into the final process which would be decontamination. I'm sure they could leak over time with very very poor and carelessness handling and conditions (of all kind) but not hours or days(you had the Folgers coffee) idea right and everything until the hours and everything will eventually seep through because of the plastic. I will tell you how I (a weed smoking Californian) got past Texas checkpoints on tour as a musician multiple times. I learned it from the memoirs of Ashkenazi Jews escaping WW2 Germany/Hungary You have to disable the hounds scent glands temporary; and denature the proteins/phenols which cause odors in the first place. Masking isn’t enough Wrap what you are trying to hide in a cloth or two of relatively fresh IPA alcohol. A hound will be blinded by the odor and simultaneously you will be destroying the microbes/terpines/phenols/ethyls which cause odor. Not only that, the dogs ability to detect odors will be severely dampened for a duration of about 30 seconds, Every time they get a huff. It works for everything. Your welcome. Also vacuum seal your bags a week before travel in Mylar bags

I had an officer who got a dog after I refused a search. I had no drugs whatsoever I simply believed in my rights. So he bright the doc to our truck, literally picked the dog up, threw the dog into the truck window into the cab of our truck and exclaimed "he hit" and proceeded to tear my vehicle apart looking for drugs he never found. SMH they will do what they want.

Remember it’s a lot of reasons that there’s a war on drugs. Voter disenfranchisement is a big one, but the real reason they started giving the INSANE sentences and locking people away for life is because once they’re in there they start working for for-profit private companies usually for a wage starting around 25 cents an hour.

Every police union and law enforcement agency vehemently opposes and refuses to let their K-9 units get tested rigorously by REAL SCIENTISTS. That should be all you need to know about their PC on four legs. Also they never report a false positive. Every indication without any drugs found is marked as their being drug residue without any independent verification of this. That’s obviously circular reasoning because then it’s impossible to prove they don’t have a 100% accuracy record. When you correct for this obviously broken methodology and compare the false positive rate of drug dogs to bomb dogs you find that bomb dogs don’t really false alert nearly as often drug dogs even though they are trained the same just with different scents.
