Because this guy would have never got to this point if I would have been the trainer I would have said , maybe you outta try Mc Donald's, cuz you can't drive son !!!

Awww poor dude... I would have comforted him if I were there. I'm m 28 I don't drive or have a license can't ever get one for a car or anything but id try to help lol. His tires sound like my feet do when I get home from running and they're all sweaty and make noises like that on the floor lol

Ffs there's a sign right there telling you what the clearance is, obviously the driver had no idea what height his load was at the highest point. No excuse for this, there was a road to the left he could have turned into and then made his turn around using the whole intersection.

i just retired! i remember as a rookie just missing situations like this.. thank goodness i good the sense to stop and back safely.. staying calm is the key!

i was at that same spot before, i backed up 50 yards and turned around in a parking lot. walked back first to find a spot. the 13-0 sign needs to be put back before youre all the way there.

In America, do you not have a sign 1 km before the bridge to tell you that the bridge is 13'0"..!! or do you only know when you actually get to the bridge..!! The trick is to re-set your truck Nav every time you hitch up to your trailer + 1", then you are absolutely garenteed not to be taken to a low bridge..!! ..Come on, we're supposed to be professionals. There's no excuse for this kind of driving. You have destroyed that truck and I'm sure your boss is going to be thrilled..!!

I have been in worse situations. When I started out in trucking, we didn't have a GPS. All we had was an Atlas map. No cell phones. This generations of drivers are spoiled.

He should have just backed up and made his u turn using the road area to the left. Plenty of space there.

only one thing to do *point* and *laugh* the roads weren't designed for truckers yet here they are 😂

2 year truck driver here, they'll get their deliveries, even if you bring the truck back as full as you left they'll get them, if you come to the point of boiling with stress turn off the phone and deep breaths in trough the nose and out trough the mouth for 15 minutes, then regroup and start again like you are only starting, it will be quicker and less dangerous for the public, drive safe.

Driving a big truck is one of the more stressful things I've ever done. 😬

Traveling has given me a greater respect for truckers. Lots of pressure but the driver maintained composure. Accidents happen.

No DON'T BACKUP! GET STRAIT PUT FLASHERS ON AND WAIT FOR TRAFFIC TO CLEAR. WHEN CLEAR KEEP FLASHERS ON AND BKUP S L O W L E Y until you can safely make a U turn. Ain't nothin but time. Should a stopped way before the underpass and walked up to see the low sign. That gray matter ain't ballast!!!

Dont put yourself in this position buy a truck GPS these things are easly avoided
