It’s been four years

When I saw this, I felt happiness 😃and sadness😢. Happy knowing that Elphabe was never wicked, had a strong friendship with Glinda, and had pure intentions. But it makes me sad to see her being seen as a bad guy instead of a hero, while the real wicked one (The Wizard) is a living illusion. This makes me want part 2 to come very soon. I saw the movie yesterday, the climax was insane, incredible, but I like some things in this animatic too, the two of them swirling with the broom, Elphaba standing on the poster and adressing the citizens. The flames and putting the broom down when singing "meee down" How absolutely wonderful it would be indeed to see this animated for real.

That climax was so close to the movie it’s insane!! And the part where they floated together was the perfect touch 🥹🥹🥹

I’ve never seen Wicked but I heard It’s good. Wicked is kinda like Frozen, Now that I think about it. Both have Idina Menzel as the main Character and It’s about sisters and It’s about a Misunderstood Main character.

So this animatic just ruined any chance the new live action movie may have had xD love everything about it and yeah, I agree: Wicked deserves to be animated <3

I normally don’t comment under animatics, but this deserves one for sure! The amount of chills I got while watching, and felt the emotions, the facial exprsssions were so well made- got goosebumps halfway through, and then up till the very end! Amazing animatic❤️if wicked has a animated movie, this would fit perfectly, it’s really good🥹🥹brought tears to my eyes TvT

1:32 I really like how you came up with a diagetic reason to the swell in Elphaba and Glinda's duet: the broom bucks and they float and twirl around the room as they hold it. It creates a more dynamic and cinematic staging for the sequence than if they just stood there holding it, and their emotions being raw joy and ecstasy as they share this moment of flying together and revel in their potential.

1:34-1:52 was just perfect. I hope that Universal adds that in their movie.
