Part 1 is a little rough as it was my first attempt at a proper script so I apologize if some things are left out or repeated, I also I ap...

    You wanted it that way... You should have made sure to always give the total number of victims. That didn't happen for the Mongol invasion, for example. The whole narrative is much too fast and is told in a completely toneless voice. Your maps are terrible and you should shed light on the further consequences after the wars ended. For example, you don't realize at all that the Thirty Years' War prevented the early formation of a German nation state. This had effects from Napoleon up to the two world wars. Overall, you did a rather sloppy job. To depict these conflicts, you should take a little more than 2 minutes per event. 12 minutes for a video like this is more than appropriate, not 5 wars in 6 minutes! The whole thing is very American...

    • @Kronearos
      @Kronearos 5 месяцев назад

      Fair points. Although I must say the point of the video isn't to talk about the aftermaths of the conflict more give a short summary of each. Say something is "American" is quite interesting take and I can't see how that makes sense for a criticism, assuming you mean I don't understand history it's my most studied subject. You can criticize without coming off as being rude. But anyway thanks Ill try to improve on your points!

      @@Kronearos Believe me, I was not rude at all. Being rude looks very different to me! And as for the American way... That was an allusion to typical American visits abroad. "See 12 cities in 7 days..." Nothing can come of that. There's no point in limiting yourself to these brief statements. In the end, there are more questions than answers. And that shouldn't be the case, should it? And I have not expressed any criticism of your professional competence. You have given me too little usable data in the video to be able to judge that... Best wishes from Europe

      @@Kronearos I understand what you mean! I have noticed myself that my interest in watching content that lasts longer than half an hour has decreased considerably over the years. On the other hand, I am a relatively old man who has been interested in politics, history, strategy and geography since the time when the American president was still "Tricky Dick" Nixon. I was still a child back then, of course. But it is precisely this long involvement with the topics that makes me quite intolerant of "rough" shortenings. I'm sure you understand that. In order not to alienate the "ordinary" viewer, I would suggest extending your clips to just under 9 minutes and then checking the effect. And just like with prices in the supermarket, make them 8:55 instead of 9:03... Good luck!

    Not bad. I hope you get at least a solid B- on the assignment. Here's how to turn it into a B+: After the presentation, be sure to ask the teacher a concealed question about something directly stated in the presentation to test if they were paying attention and watch them get uncomfortable! never gets old! After class approach your crush and ask what she thought about the presentation, and remember: act cool

    • @Kronearos

      I know that's my mistake. The reason for that was because I planned for the Incas to be the last civilization talked about. But I felt the Inca were too modern for the video so they were cut and in their place I did Akkad. I didn't remove the Inca from the Thumbnail since that frame was used through out the video and would've required it to be removed from several frames and redone several times. I was far too excited to release the video to postpone for that minor problem.

      To answer your first question the Actual Dynasty was in the thumbnail the Arqamanids and to answer your second question it's just a timelapse thing unfortunately it just shows the most recent tags rather than the ones that you started with, in case that doesn't make sense let me try to explain in depth. So when you activate the timelapse mode it will only show the most recent up to date tags in your game for example if you started as Syracuse and formed Magna Graecia it would show Magna Graecia in the timelapse rather than Syracuse hope that makes sense I get this asked quite a bit so hope that makes sense.

    Verstehe dieses Spiel nicht. Wo ist den der Sinn? Wo ist die Weitentwicklung zu Rome II? Attila etc.? Sehe keine größeren Schlachten, keine neuen Kampftechniken und Mal ehrlich, wer interessiert sich groß für diesen Zeitabschnitt und dieses kleine Gebiet? Hätte mir da lieber ein Three Kingdom mit Japan und Korea gewünscht. Wäre, so finde ich, eine interessante Zeit gewesen inkl. vielleicht Südasien. Hätte ggf. auch einen größeren Interessentenkreis gefunden. Meine Meinung.

    • @Kronearos
      @Kronearos Год назад

      Ich weiß, dass nicht viele Leute an dieser Zeitepoche interessiert sind, aber ehrlich gesagt denke ich, es ist eine großartige Epoche. Es gibt viele neue Features in der Kampagne, die ich im Vergleich zu anderen Total War-Spielen getestet habe, und wenn ich ehrlich bin, gibt es einen Geschmack, der meiner Meinung nach alle anderen Total War-Spiele übertrifft. Bemerkenswert ist jedoch, dass es kein Mesopotamien gibt. Es wäre schön gewesen, die Assyrer oder Babylonier von Anfang an zu sehen, aber hoffentlich werden sie in einem zukünftigen DLC hinzugefügt. Eine weitere Sache, die das Spiel bereichert, ist die Notwendigkeit, tatsächlich Ressourcen zu verwalten, anstatt nur Geld für alles im Zusammenhang mit der Instandhaltung zu verwenden. Die Notwendigkeit, mit Geld, Nahrung, Gold und Bronze zu handeln, sorgt für eine tiefere Spielerfahrung, die in dieser Ära für das Überleben von Reichen besonders wichtig ist. Das zusätzliche Ressourcenmanagement ermöglicht anspruchsvolleres und realistischeres Gameplay.
