The look of this game kind of reminds me of Heavy Metal for the Sega Dreamcast. I'm wondering if anyone that worked on that game worked on this game. That's a bit different of a game. There's no real story to that one at all. It's just a multi-fighter arena style game. I'm just talking about the characters looks remind me of the characters in this game.

I remember the OST was very good and countless hours I've spend playing split screen with my roommate. I could still do the online trophies and platinum that game these days I guess. Maybe we could boost some trophies?

This was always one of my favorites. I always wanted to play a co-op game with a "big guy" , normal guy, and "little lady".

Great review of the original, absolutely subscribing: Having played Luminous for about 25 hours on launch, allow me to shed some light on why I, and many other die hard fans, are upset The issues with Luminous is a combination of many things but it basically can be summed up with "everything you've just mentioned in this game and its sequel, Blue World, did not come back" No story No character customization No Progression No Day/night cycle to discover new fish at different times to incentivize dives No restrictions on where you can dive at first No oxygen management No aquarium No rewarding mythical and legendary creature questlines No HUB for you to walk about No Marine mammals and sea birds No fish interactions beyond rush scanning everything around you and listening to a 2010 AI voice over tell you about the fish (you used to be able to feed them, pet them and draw for them to unlock more intricate info) No glowing spots to zoom in and look at small marine life No music system or the artist they got for the OG games No dolphin training, riding or swimming No whale swimming No quests to tour a diver around and search for things On my first dive in luminous, I discovered 387 out of the 500 fish. It was about a two hour dive. In two hours, I discovered nearly everything. The map is generated with each dive from a VERY limited selection of biomes and pre-generated ecosystems, all with the same layouts that just get old. With the OG, every dive would be different because you would select a part of a much grander map, and it 2 you actually dove in different places around the world, so there was a sense of progression. With this, I'm not guaranteed to find something cool and unique because I stumble across the same bland shark ship wreck... The ONLY thing luminous does good is add a TON more prehistoric marine life, which have a small chance to spawn around or are abundant in an ancient deep sea ruin biome. It was really cool seeing them all and I'm a massive paleo nerd and they have some real obscure ones too. But I found them all on my 3rd dive and I really would've liked them to be harder to find or tied to progression in some way. I think it can all be summed up with this experience I had. In the first game, the big end goal is finding the white mother, this massive blue whale. Truly huge. In Endless Ocean 2, the end of the post game stuff also has you finding the white mother again. All my discoveries and achievements led me to this colossal find. It felt magical. In Luminous, I found her on my second dive just vibing, because everything, including legendary creatures, have a percentage chance to spawn. And it isn't even a low one. Every dive, I find at least 4 legendary creatures, and MULIPLE of them, sometimes on the same map. I found the white mother before a REGULAR blue whale. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend you getting it. Maybe on sale, and only to see how it holds up to the other ones. But Endless Ocean 2: blue World? I would HIGHLY recommend. It is just a standard 1000% upgrade of the original, perfecting everything that made the original special and including so much more. The story is also great too in my opinion, but maybe that's just me. Most of the stuff that I mentioned luminous didn;t have, if you're wondering that endless ocean didn't have it, it's because 2 DID add that stuff. Anyway sorry this ended up being long and looking forward to future videos!

Little Big planet is cool and all, but the servers just shut down after some sort of attack and the devs lost all those worlds the players made and aren't bringing them back.

I wish they would bring back the online servers for Resistance 2 because I still need 3 multiplayer trophies... I know it's unlikely but there has to be something that can be done because I know I'm not the only completionist out there.

Opoona gives me Earthbound vibes also. A very chill RPG. The music and visuals do a lot of heavy lifting in this one.

Child of Eden was always one of my favorite games for the Xbox 360/PS3. The PS3 version actually had a stereoscopic 3D mode, provided you had a 3DTV.

Oh, and the reason Spec Ops: The Line saw a bump in price was due to a report that it was being delisted a couple of months ago. That tends to happen. I'd expect it to happen to any backwards compatible games that are currently only available on the 360 marketplace that are still playable on the Series X, as the 360 marketplace is being shut down next month.

It's worth noting that some of these games are signficantly cheaper to buy digitally (Blue Dragon is frequently on sale for a couple of bucks for example).

The list of backwards compatibilityon xbox X is not very long, specially for the original xbox. I bought an xbox x with hopes of condensing my consoles from og xbox, xbox 360 and xbox series S.. and was disappointed that lots of games i have, will not play on xbox x… ??!?. So it wasn’t worth buying the Xbox X.. plus, the disc version of Original Xbox and xbox 360 games will play without internet connection. The xbox X digits versions, might require internet connection just to play cause of publisher practices now days. (Example, i bought a game on the 360 market, and now its been removed from 360 market and i have to rebuy it to play it on xbox x… Shady practice!) So keep your old consoles, look for used copies to buy… as time goes on, they will still play on a 360 or OG xbox… where digital could be gone and not recoverable.. forcing you to buy again.. so be warned!.

Uncharted series is NOT a exclusive, its a FORMER exclusive, its been ported to ps4 and ps5. Only entries you can't okay on those are the PS Vita spinoff entries. Dragon's Crown is also NOT a exclusive, it is also on Vita and has a enhanced version (at least one) Good games though
