Just find a nice pkace to live and pay people real well to be cool about the mostly liquid diet. I can be very nice and polite about it. No need to torture or kill people, just give them a potion worth a castle or three for their services, and sell the most effective cures to everything for a fair price so everyone loves you. Hire on some people and give them a fantastic life too, so they'll go to back for you. Will people eventually be weird about it when you've been around for hundreds of years without aging? Yes! But you're an alchemy master! Oblivion yes I cured my own mortality. How else do you think I got this good at it? (I'm also sure the ring of near infinite health and magica you made will help keep you alive until you want life to stop, and the amulet of near infinite stamina and double infinite heath will be good for... many things.) There are many ways to be a hero and I'd rather be the weird exentric guy selling the best magic medicine and telling people they "can't handle my strongest potions" than the guy having to kill hundreds of bandits and monsters every day, only to still get ambused by an elder dragon every time they go to Winterhold! 🤣

I have a hard time understanding what people mean when they say we can't relive the same feeling we had when we just found out about WoW. When I log in I still feel happy. I still feel like I'm in a world where I belong. I still like all the small details. I still find small things that I didn't know or noticed before every now and then. I still make friends when doing dungeons and joining guilds. Hell, I recently started to get serious about music production and joined a few music communities and even that feels like I joined a guild. It's the same feeling. So I don't know what it is people are searching for when they're looking for the "same feeling", is it the hype? You can get hype basically everywhere. Hype isn't a WoW-exclusive feeling.

Great video :) Im a beta/vanilla player....and nothing beats that first age of the game. It was quite amazing how, at the time, I knew ALL my gamer friends come over to WoW from many different types of games. It was such a new experience in gaming, a breakthrough in MMORPG. We had fun just riding zeppelins, or making clothes, or exploring...the best!

I know I wouldn't survive in Skyrim. Maybe as a cook, or a cleaner, or a healer, but definitely not as a lone traveler. First of all, you would not find me willingly entering any cave, dwemer ruin, etc. I'll stick with the relative safety of a town. Lol Similarly, you wouldn't find me surviving in the post-apocalyptic setting of Fallout, either. I know who I am and a warrior against giant f*cking spiders and creepy crawlies, I am not.

I agree with everything in your video. I played and leveled back in the day and it was great. So many memories. But i played mostly solo and it was a real slog. I loved it but I don't want to re-do it. I don't have friends to play with so modern wow is fun for me. The recreation of exploring and the wonder of back in the day wont come back for me. I am still playing the same character and I am very attached to it.

Maybe I'm not abstracting certain concepts enough, but in Elder Scrolls combat a living being is expected to be able to tank several direct blows from deadly weapons that any of us squishy normal humans would be completely incapacitated or killed by. You'd be at a distinct disadvantage against even the weakest foes. This is why I'd consider conjuring magic to be the only way to survive if you're ever planning on stepping foot out of town.

I survive the zone. I thrive in skyrim.

My immediate thought upon reading the title was "What is she talking about? Skyrim is full of art. You can't so much as turn around in a settlement without another intricate carving coming into view"
