Sounds like a short....is noise there as soon as you plug the system into the wall?

It happens soon as I hit power button. Once I hit power button again it stops

Spilling ink on the outside of the cables typically will not cause a short. But, ink can be corrosive and overtime it might eat through the outside of the cable and get to the copper on the inside...which would cause a short. Hope this clarifies a little.

It's likely a bad printhead that has caused damage to the mainboard. My suggestion: 1. Shut printer off 2. Unplug printer 3. Remove printhead (which is likely damaged electrically) 4. Take pictures of cables and placements on your mainboard (for reference) 5. Remove mainboard 6. Leave suspected printhead out 7. Install new mainboard 8. Install new printhead 9. Turn the printer back on

The R1390 and the L1800 models both use the same printhead (Epson Part Number F173050). Performance is overall the same when you install the L805 printhead and adapter board in your L1800 or R1390 DTF printer. The benefit of using the L805 to L1800 adapter board is the cost of the printhead. The L805 printheads are much cheaper than the L1800 or R1390 printheads. I hope this explains it.

@@SuperTech220 tried doing this but Ive noticed that the color management and printing results are no longer the same, does this needs a specific ICC profile when using 805 on 1800?

@JersonDeVera-xy7rz there is not a specific ICC profile. Color matching is dependent among ALOT of variables. To correctly color match we would need to start with PMS color values or something similar then begin to determine which ICC's are best to match those PMS values. For example....there are atleast 20 different versions of the color red....having the PMS value closest to the "red" your looking for would be the best starting point.

Typically when we hear the "beep" like we hear in this video it is due to a damaged power supply board (this is not ALWAYS the case, but usually is). Try these steps below to determine if the problem is the mainboard or the power supply board. 1. Unplug printer from electrical outlet 2. Leave the printer unplugged, push the power button 10 times to clear any residual electricity (always do these steps before performing repairs on your printer) 3. Disconnect power supply cable from mainboard 4. Plug printer back into electrical outlet (leave power supply board disconnected from mainboard) IF the beep sound has disappeared, then that usually means that the power supply board is good and you need a new mainboard. IF the beep sound is still happening when the power supply board is disconnected from mainboard, that indicates that you likely need a new power supply board.
