Hey Mr. Dunn! There is a nut at the bottom of the lever that is removed and a socket head screw that tightens against the lever at the end of the shaft. The shaft with the cable assembly slides out of the housing. There was a burr around the hole where the lever slides into the shaft that made it difficult to slide out, I filed the burr off and it slid easily into the new housing. Tight lines!

Surprisingly yes, dunked it in a vinegar and water solution, then water, opened it up and added Penn grease!

@@fishinfitztxvidz3176 first we're all doing well. By God's grace we have not had friends or family to suffer the virus. I had to take a break from watching RUclips videos. I haven't posted really anything on my Instagram as of yet but I enjoy the DM feature for sure. No no drone as of yet still not sure what to get and don't want to go broke buying something I won't use or something too cheap. But that's neither here nor there. Been fishing and I have seen some really nice red fish but I think the CDC got to them... They are definitely social distancing. Keep in touch and I've kept you subscribed all along I'm a few of your videos behind but I'll catch up.
