Sour dough recipe:
165g active sourdough starter
300g water
500g flour
15g salt (I do 2 tsp)
1. Mix and let sit 30 mins.
2. Then stretch and fold.
3. Cover with towel and let sit on counter in bowl for 9-10 hours.
