Hey Aaron, unfortunately it takes years of practical training to be able to do this. But we have a new video coming out with mostly real time footage, maybe that will interest you.

How do you determine the point at which a 1hz is too old/worn to make adding a turbo viable?
The engine should be upgraded before turbo charging, but if your running on a budget I would suggest doing a compression test and atleast upgrading pump and injectors to suit also.
I had over 400 000 when i fitted my turbo kit. Up to 650 000 now and no issues at all. Original motor, never had the head off.

Where do you guys run the oil pressure sensor from? I see you have the turbo oil line in to where the sender usually is. Is there another spot to put it?
It goes in its original spot, it gets a "T" off.
What was brushed on the valve cover holes before bolts were put in??

Thats a highly debateable matter! I like 1HZ's personally.
What can you use to upgrade the fuel system?
We can upgrade both fuel pump and injectors.

I’m Thai people and I have Toyota Sport Rider 3.0(he look like Land Cruiser) 5L engine 280,000 km I want to know this engine work well with turbo charger ? If it work which turbo charger I could install ? Thanks (sorry for my bad English)

I have a 5l engine but it seems not to hold much power it only run to top speed 110km/h and then dies down to 80km/h. What might be the issue?
I have the same. No issue I’m afraid that’s just what that engine can produce. For a naturally aspirated Diesel engine it’s pretty powerful. Unless you try upgrading it which can either be a good or bad thing you can get a little more power but not much. Probably better doing An engine swap for a newer hilux engine or getting and new car altogether tbh
