In colloquial speech, this is often dropped, but I like it because it's a reminder that languages aren't logic and "double negatives" aren't necessarily incorrect. Something I want to submit for consideration is that there might be more than just pride at fault for the poor choices. There might also be an element of shame. Something I've only ever heard offhandedly mentioned once in regard to the whole "fantasy high-heeled armor" thing is that it could potentially make sense for a cavalry type combatant, which is actually what lead me to this train of thought. If their military was built to prioritize cavalry style raids; it would explain why they have heels and minimal upper body covering. Heels can help you stand and pivot in the saddle by essentially hooking ono either side of the stirrups so the foot doesn't slip out, and explain the exposed upper body by the added height making it less of a risk that enemies would reach. The shame I mentioned could come from the fact that Ganondorf has been shown at various points throughout the series to make use of mounts in combat, along with just generally being a good tactician. It could be that the Gerudo have tried to make a point of avoiding tactics he favored in order to distance themselves from their historic evil tyrant, unfortunately rejecting their best tactical options in the process.

I can only surmise that with the help of "TIME" magic they were able to reverse the process, which mineru probably didn't know about or understand so still viewed the process as irreversible.. but it still feels super cheap

So like for the dragons just circle bombard them with bomb arrows from above its pretty hard to aim when all you see is explosions in your face while getting knocked around midair also the best rito warrior lost to a version of Gannon while weakened blah blah explanation about 8k hp anyways that was one rito theres only so much one could do but an army is a much greater difference in tandem with the bomb arrows. I personally think this could beat the dragons depending on the amount of ritos mid/low difference

This is kind of supported in the game.. as several people mention there are no fish in the great sea... most of them probably died off cause it was too salty for freshwater fish, and not salty enough for the existing salt water fish.

Gerudo Military in a nutshell - Very strong yet very dumb, and somehow the lower rankings have the answers but just don't want to share it to the higher ranks as it'll just ruin the higher ranking's pride. Conclusion - It's not about just power, prioritize on the other stuff like dexterity, intelligence, and others

If they had brains the chickens would use eyeball arrows from a safe distance after waiting till the dragons rise high enough? rather than ambush them. Auto target + Fall damage is enough for any gleeok.

I'm so convinced that if Zelda had been allowed to persue science she would've had invented explosive firearms by the time gannon showed up. Like the fact that Mipha a literal magic user stating what her mindset was while casting, LITERALLY just "here is what I do when i use magic" was something completely unaccounted for. The fact that nobody entertained that the "power vanquish evil" was linked to her being actually happy or feeling love for her people for an entire decade speaks VOLUMES to the conditions she was working in.
