    Where did you find the mounting brackets that you used on the backside of the fairings? I know you made the chassis mount and the arms but I'm talking specifically about the brackets you are threading the bolts into, that are holding the fairing on

    • @Biggerthanbikes
      @Biggerthanbikes 2 месяца назад

    It's not the best-looking, is it really. Headlight should be round, and the full fairing looks a little stunted in shape and size. Looks too thick and fat. Fairings are thin and shaped. Even 60s Moto GP bikes were more streamlined.

    i don't know if anyone had voiced this, but i am slightly concerned about the upper mount for the rear shock. it seems inadequately braced in the force vectors it sees, it also seems to have an lever in the design that isn't addressed and the total load distribution size to the frame seems small. just an observation.

    Some commentary on the video would be helpful, watching i pretty much picked up what you were doing other than the products youre using and some parts where you fast forwarded i wasnt able to see what you were doing in some spots. A buddy of mine used to use this purple paste that was fiber optic and would go back and sand it down. Just trying to see if its the same products just different brands? Other than that it looks good. Look forward to part 3

    Optisch nicht mein Ding,da fehlt ja hintenrum alles...fahr damit mal wenn's regnet,viel Spaß.Aber,im Prinzip natürlich n geiles Mopped zum rumprotzen und n bisschen mit Vollschub durch die Gegend zu rasen, natürlich mit infernalischer Lautstärke mit den offenen Vergasern und die vermutlich als Auspuff getarnten Brüllrohre.... genau so hätte ich das vor über 40 Jahren auch gerne gemacht,da war ich 18und somit jung und unkaputtbar...😊 Achja, ich hatte auch mal ne CB 750,aber noch die F2 mit dem alten OHC -Motor, mit glaub ich,73PS.Das war natürlich Anfang der 80er Jahre schon n Superbike,der Tacho erreichte immer locker die damals noch magische 200km/h Grenze, damit war man einer der schnellsten,was mit 18 natürlich wichtig ist.... naja, ich habe es alles erlebt und überlebt,meine wilden Jahre so zwischen 1980und 2000...und nun habe ich mir grad wieder n neues Motorrad gekauft,nach n paar Jahren 50er Roller und Quad.Zwar nur 17Pferdchen,aber halt nagelneu,mit ABS, Einspritzanlage, Kat, Halogen -Lichter, keine einzige Glühbirne am Mopped.Aber, lässt sich traumhaft fahren,da merkt man den Unterschied vom Fahrwerk und Komfort eindeutig,wenn man es mit nem Motorrad BJ 1980,1990 vergleicht,in den letzten 40Jahren hat sich technisch vieles verbessert.Mein letztes neues Motorrad habe ich 1990 gekauft,ne Harley Davidson Sportster 883 Hugger,geiles Mopped, habe sie 10Jahre gefahren, bevor ich ne längere Zeit nur noch Auto gefahren bin...
