A really great sharpening jig made with tremendous skill. One question though..... Are the wheels running on the oil stone? If they are. How long is it before the oil stone and wheels are worn out or damaged?

Personally I would use a cut off wheel on a rotary tool or angle grinder to do all the metal cutting, and a grinding wheel to shape the sides of the file - but that's me.

It looks very nice and probably works very well. I've tried a lot of different honing jigs (including Veritas, Mohoo Mohoo, and an old Stanley, etc.) but I have to say that the one from Lie Nielsen is by far the best to date - both for chisels and for planers (I don't have any commercial interests in Lie Nielsen).
