Perseids, Aurora and Milky Way on 10th and 11th August 2024

This video shows unique combination of Aurora Borealis and Perseids meteor shower. It was taken on the nights of 10th and 11th of August 2024 from Catskills, near Livingston Manor, NY.
I traveled to Star Haven (Rockland Astronomy Club's dark site in the Catskills) last weekend with a couple of astro friends (Adam and Ken) and we were lucky to observe Perseids and Aurora while staying there.
The first night on Saturday, 10th, was cloudy in the beginning but it cleared at around 10PM and we saw a few great Perseids. The 1st segment was taken on the 10th and you can see some hints of Aurora at the end of the timelapse.

I traveled to Maine to see the Total Solar Eclipse. Managed to find a good place for seeing the eclipse on Mount Katahdin Scenic Overlook near Sherman,Maine.
