As a judge, I would automatically be watching somebody that dedicated more than a third of their side deck to life altering cards for slow play. We have end of time procedures because we have a tournament to run, and we need to move to the next round. Intentionally drawing out matches into time so you can pull a stunt like this should be considered unsportsmanlike conduct. The clock should have been stopped the moment they hit the 3 minute side mark, and he should have been given a warning. Then, if he took too long on his first turn, he should have been given a game loss. It doesn't take 4 minutes to decide to side in 6 cards that alter life points.

On dueling Nexus, Yugioh pro and more, the turns have time limit, why not add that to real life game?. Imagine beign top 32 and Lost beacuse the slow stupid player eat the whole 5 last minutes and then, he win just beacuse "sorry, no time for other turn".... Well, the rules were made for a time were YGO was faster. The game is so slow now that these rules don't apply. They should simply fix the game so each game takes 15-25 minutes tops instead of this snorefest of 40-minute long turn 1.

Ibra is such a bad and dishonest player. What he did was intentionnally dishonest and he voluntarily slow played. And then, as a result of this, he gave his hand to the oponent to achieve him morally. That's pure evil here. Also, he ended up shuffling his cards to make sure he was the winner here and not to come back backward in the game (so that the situation would have been almost impossible to recreate). He should be banned of official tournaments like this. Konami please, do something against this type of players.
