Like you said Frankie was a Great Rhythm Guitarist and it was magical watching the three of you guys do the song "You"!!! Watching the stage hand bring Frankie his Axe and then watching him strapping it on and then..... All of you, William "Bug" McKinley, and Roame Lowery, (2) of the Baddest Percussionist on the planet and singing those Harmonies, Simply Incredibly. I Love all of you guys dearly. Just remember whatever you do and whoever you're working with now just remember what Frankie, would always say and that was to... "KEEP IT IN THE POCKET"!!! BLESSINGS TO YOU ALL! "YOU ARE ONE" ❤

Great interview, but it ended too soon! So much more to learn from such a brilliant and humble player. Wish could sit down with Ron and pick his brain about technique, settings arranging and more. And that solo on Southern Girl is an amazingly underrated all time classic. This interview needs to have a part 2!!!

I took a break from trying to get 'on the serious side' down. All those Swedish triplets and stuff. Good god. 😅 and to think of how young he was when he came up with this stuff. I have so many questions about the process (with the band). Love you, Dave!

Great show! The Dazz band was always one of my top 5 bands. Just a suggestion you know who would be a great guest on the show the bassist for the group Cameo (Aaron Mills) he also did the bass lines for the group Outkast like Sorry MS.Jackson and a couple of their best hits. He is a real funky bad ass. ✌🏿

First time i saw DG was in 1970, i was just home from Vietnam. I will for sure miss his chops for TOP, but everything and everyone has a beginning and has an end in this world. All the best to you DG and thanks for all the great music and great memories.
