There are no mistakes in life, only choices and consequences!
Join me as I travel through life. My first videos were of some of the places I've traveled and some events I've had the pleasure to attend. Going forward I plan to add more variety to what I share such as home projects, future plans, the path to finding myself, life changes, as well as everyday situations.

Abingdon Virginia morning walk
I recently was in Abingdon Virginia and woke up early to take a walk in the town. It's a nice small town with shops and restaurants, a lot of history too!
Abingdon is a little north of Bristol just off Interstate 81 in the Southwest part of Virginia

On Sunday morning leaving my hotel in Tysons Virginia I saw a bunch of interesting cars gathering at the Porsche dealership so I decided to take a look. As I was walking around the cars kept coming, Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Aston Martins, BMW, Porsches, Corvettes, McLarens, Viper and bikes too. This was a cars and coffee, champagne, mimosa event. If you are going to be on Interstate 64 between Richmond and Williamsburg Virginia you may want to consider an alternate route to avoid the stress of I-64. There is also the added issue of construction on 64 as well. If you take the first exit on 64 after the I-295 interchange (Bottoms Bridge) then take Route 60. Much more relaxing with only a few stop lights. #virginiausa #tidewater #virginia ...

I found myself in Virginia Beach Virginia so I decided to video the "strip" from North to South. We start at the North end on Pacific Avenue, turn around and head South on Atlantic Avenue. Thank you for taking the time to comment. My wife and I have traveled to Blumenau several times and have enjoyed it every time. For us it is about the perfect size, not big enough to be intimidating but big enough to have everything you would want in a city. Would recommend visiting Blumenau to anyone.

I bet Blumenau 1950/1990s was same used as headquarters/power centre for South America like Langley CIA is/was for the CIA.....
Blumenau: Sidewalks streets... same material, size, bricks....pavement as in Germany.. 1960/70s era.. production.... To fix Germany after ww2 and redesign... with new materials... shapes, forms... for street infrastructure/furniture... I bet a lot/huge production was there back then in these factories in Germany... plus surplus production... And I guess a lot of barges, seaships with enormous capacity... brought those street tiles/bricks over... The lay out of the used the materials is all the same like in German streets...
Blumenau was settled by mostly German immigrants and that influence can be seen everywhere. It is actually home to the worlds second largest Octoberfest celebration.

@Doug-kb7gx I spent my first 15 years in WV, made it out. Living in downtown West Palm Beach now. I just bought an insta360x3, and none of the videos worked with my bicycle commuting channel. Totally different vibe, and I'm enjoying it.
