My first Dmed was from a Fire Giant, i was hoarding rune arrows, and high alching rune items, I remember a player named fluffy bunny and her BF she didn't believe I got the drop but her bf believed my cause I was woohooing 😂 I then sold it for 2M that was the most gold I scored back then I was such a noob.

Back in the day I occasionally dipped into the Wilderness without gear to start looting stuff. Tremendous fun.

wow! I started back in 2006 and I always wondered what was the deal with those houses in East Falador. I even roleplayed they were my player owned home (when I was still a F2P youngling). Great video man!

I was one of the first 2000 players back in 2001, I remember the housing being like Ultima Online in theory. But the way the map scales doesnt lend itself the same way. Tho much of UO housing plots on big servers had crazy real life monetary value for sure lol. But I also *loved* UO housing and that theory of MMOs, which RS was a slowly growing version of back then. I left to play UO, EQ2 and then came back to RS years later, bummed housing was instanced. But loved it again til I jumped into WoW at the end of Wrath into Cata. Now id never play an Acti-Blizz game but OSRS is awesome and better than ever imo. Neighborhoods would be such a cool option for Construction, maybe with better guild features of course. But its a happy medium between instanced and world POHs. I remember Asgarnis being added. Blew my tiny mind. I got all my friends into it in 5-6th grade lol, found it via some Yahoo searching iirc. Back then cable internet was a revelation too i remember

I've recently made a hardcore ironman on OSRS and was mostly focusing on mining/smithing at first. I got to 50 smithing to be able to start making mithril and after seeing how long it took to not even be able to reach 51, I gave up on it. So mad respect to BlueRose for getting max smithing within the first year of the game existing.

sailing might just release before we get episode one, we already got actual leagues V! but I'd say its well worth the wait. Looking forward to more peculiar 25 year old lore

I started playing this in 2004 in my first year of Highschool. We would leave school and race to the public library as that was the closest place to go that had a computer and free internet. Would have been nice if there was a computer cafe type thing as it would have spurred me to get a job earlier.

I really wanted to watch through this, but you just talk too fast and don’t pause between sentence and don’t insert talking commas. It just makes everything a jumble. I would recommend to slow your talking speed slightly. And to write your scripts with periods and commas and then speak with pauses on the periods and commas.

runescape classic was a decade behind other games, for example diablo 1, 2 or gothic 1.

I would assume that poh would be something like per world but even so 50 houses x 200 worlds including f2p maybe... still 10k houses for 1 mil players. They would each cost at least 1-10bil today

22:25 the same thing happened to me! I went to the top of Falador castle and there was just 123k on the ground. I immediately went and bought a full set of Mithril armor and thought I was the shit lol

That banana money making method was huge. Used to make a new pking account like every week and that was my go-to for rebuilding.

We also got the ability to dye our capes during that 5-month content drought.

Excellent video! However, it forgot to mention the fatigue feature that used the sleeping bag. The sleeping bag eventually required you to enter a code to combat bots.
