You are so right. I have been publishing with KDP for years. I recognize everything you say. There are a lot of so called self publishing goeroes who make money by making video's and affiliate marketing. Not by writing books.

Exactly this! Some of the people on RUclips are very misleading! My book is being sold by around 50 or so retailers including Walmart, I am marketing and advertising and sales are STILL slow.

Hi, thanks for the video. I have a question please. I have a regular Amazon account from which I buy goods. I would like to open a KDP account. I am confused if I can create a separate KDP account or if I must link it to my regular Amazon account. I cannot figure it out from their policy. It is said that only 1 personal KDP account is allowed but how does this relate to having a personal regular account? I would prefer to separate my regular shopping account from the KDP account if possible. I hope you can answer this question. (this maybe part of your next video for clarification purposes) Thank you.

The wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23) and so as humans we all deserve death since we have all sinned. The question when you stand before God is whether he knew you. Build a relationship with Jesus. Spend time with him, for example in prayer or reading the Bible. There is power only in the name of Jesus, not in the name of Muhammad, Buddha or Krishna. Jesus changed my life. He proved himself to me. Especially through the healings he did to me and through me on another person. He loves you, give him your life today. You never know when it's too late. Even if you still have doubts, just try this prayer: Jesus, today is the day that I give you my life. I believe that you died on the cross for me and rose again after three days. I am a sinner and need you as a savior. I repent and ask for your loving guidance in my life. In your mighty name, Jesus Christ, amen Convince yourself. You will not regret it. Some people may have misrepresented Jesus to you, but that wasn‘t the real Jesus. If you put your faith in Jesus, you will be saved. If he can change my life, then he can change yours too. I am certain that whatever we suffer in this world is nothing compared to the glory that God will give us (Romans 8:18).

Interesting! If I run auto-ads, would you recommend to run it on one single book, or a group of multiple books?

It normally takes me about 10 clicks per sale so at 75c that would cost me $7.50 per book not including any taxes on the ads. There’s not that much profit in it per book for me. I often wonder how much profit sellers are making per book to be able to afford these ads.

Thanks for this video. How long should i run the campaigns to see if they are running well?, i just launched two, one for keywords and another one for products, they have been on for three days only and i know is too soon to know how are they going to perfom, But how do I know if they are going to perform well? I launched them thinking about the Halloween season, promoting my books that have this theme. How long should I keep the ads running to know if the book really has potential using Amazon ads, or if I will definitely need to improve it?
