Excellent video! Learning and practicing the many boxing combinations is a key element in the training of any boxer. Each combination is a sequence of punches that can be used in different situations in the ring. Knowing a variety of combinations allows a boxer to be unpredictable to his opponent, making it more difficult to recognize intentions and react to punches. Sparbar is overpriced and over hyped,product itself aint all that. Breaks easy. The CEO is an absolute conman. Uses people and then treats them like crap, not surprised his business still hasn't even kicked off. it never will. You can get a better quality spar bar for less than 150bux. i worked for jazz for a year and he did nothing but use people. Can even take it legally if i wanted too. Might just do that one day. Or just watch the downfall of his pathetic business. I work with much more loyal people now within the MMA industry. and be sure `jazz will never reach, all he can do is keep giving away his crapy products that was made in china for a fraction of the price.
