However, does your critique of what’s right include the gang like initiation processes that people go through to get in your organizations? Did the founders of these organizations intend for hazing and mentally and physically beating down fellow black bodies to be acceptable? Only to turn around and call them sister or brother? I see a lot of cognitive dissonance here. Curious?

The real problem with this is the job implications of disrespectful chants . There are many black leaders that are managers, Directors, VP's, and CEO's of the most important companies and many of those leaders belong to black fraternities and sororities. When those leaders see young men who are disrespectful on the web (not even jokingly), what do you think will happen when they see a resume and think your org is unprofessional? Be careful, because a person from a different greek organization may help you get a job someday.

Dissing was common from about the ‘90’s back to the Founders Day as well as Physical Hazing and Complexion Discrimination ( depending on Chapter and Geographical Location ). I was made in 1981 when hard Physical Hazing was being phased out but was still popular. Real Talk given the Violent Mental State of this Generation of Today . . .
