Heyy! I loved the dash speakers upgrade video so much and it definitely helped me pick out what speakers that I would like to use! Quick Question! I noticed that you were cutting out the old housing for the speaker to go in and I am very worried about cutting the housing on mine. Is there anyway to get a speaker in there without cutting the housing and still use the JBL speaker brand? What size do I have to get for me to not cut anything out?

Hey Derek. This is exactly what I was looking for. Two questions: How did you secure the microphone stand to the ceiling mounted flange? I see the part of the video where you show how it fits inside the flange, but I don't know how to keep it from falling out. I looked to see if there were screws in those two holes on the side but when you showed that side of the flange in your video I didn't see any - it might have just been the angle. I think I am missing something obvious here. And when you spin the boom arm is the entire stand spinning at the ceiling point of contact? Thanks.

I'm a gamer, not an audiophile or musician. I've been using these for a few years. Aliexpress sells replacement headbands and foam cups for these which i picked up when the originals started wearing out. I highly suggest unplugging the microphone and throwing it in the garbage. My discord friends were always complaining that I was too quiet even though I had it maxed out. I always had to bend the mic till it was almost touching my lip for people to hear in game. I replaced it with a shure sm7b which is overkill, but I was tired of people complaining about my mic. Otherwise the headphones are pretty solid

They’re doing it so the mic doesn’t disconnect mid set. My first open mic the cable popped off about a minute in.
