High-Temperature Microbial Electrolysis
We have a biomanufacturing platform that leverages hyperthermophilic, gene-editable archaea to produce chemicals for sale. Our first set of microbes turn organic waste into green hydrogen and biogenic carbon dioxide. Bigger vision for these first microbes is to use already-existing processes to combine the hydrogen and carbon into green hydrocarbons (primary source of car, truck, and plane fuels, and plastic). Our fermentation technology is 20x faster than existing microbial decomposition methods. We’ve scaled from 25mL to 2L proof-of-concept, with our next milestones being patent portfolio build-out and 100L demo. Our first downstream application for these gasses is sustainable aviation ...

A Matter of Survival: Disaster Risk Financing in Latin America and the Caribbean
Просмотров 1094 часа назад
Countries in Latin America and the Caribbean region are disproportionately affected by environmental disasters, which are becoming more costly, frequent, and intense due to climate change. There is evidence that preparing for climate disasters ex-ante (before the event, lowering vulnerability and increasing resilience) is much more effective than responding to disasters ex-post (after the event...

BS. It's the weather. Do these clowns know they were ice skating on the Thames river London around 1850? Also USA: Galveston Bay froze over from Houston to Galveston Island in the 1800s; the ground in Dallas was frozen on Mayday then too, the settlement "La Reunion" had to quit and move into town. What happens after each periodical 'little ice age'? Temperature has risen 4-5 degrees! Followed by CO2. Thanks to the miniscule rise in CO2 over the last 25 years the earth has greened 25% according to NASA. Optimal CO2 is 3-4 times higher than current levels. These are facts! Don't trust these schills who are also advising you to keep taking your boosters 🤦‍♂️. wake up!
