Washington Alum. Like what Cignetti opened with, that part of life is learning how to deal with disappointment. Picked myself off the canvas more times than I can count in my 74 years. Have been on the IU sidelines all season, except when they gave my guys a beat down. Respect for IU and Cignetti. What a great year.

A GREAT year for you guys. I was excited to see us play each other last night given your stellar pass game and good run D. Grew up with IU basketball and ND football - it was awesome to see an unusually stellar season for IU football. GO KNOCK OFF arrogant OSU next year.

IU had a really good season and should support him all the way. It may be the case though that next year, if there's a borderline B10 team with a really weak schedule, they may not get the nod that IU got this year. The score only ended up sort of respectable b/c ND put in 2nd and 3rd stringers in the last few minutes.

I’m very impressed. Your coach is a class act. Some of your fans… Not so much. That’s how you act after a loss. No excuses. I was not A believer in Indiana before the game. But I think with leadership like this, Indiana may be OK. They never quit! Hoosiers can be proud of that.

So proud of Coach Cig , his staff, the players, the fans for showing up, and Scott Dolson and the university for making the commitment!! I’ve been following IU football since Coach Mal’s ofer year in 1984. He was a great coach. I love Indiana University, what a great year this has been .

This guy is a really really good coach. IU is going to be good for awhile with him. Tough to recruit among a crowded field but he's a tactician, develops players and can motivate. He's got me nervous. Go Irish! ☘️

OSU fan. People seem to think IU is overrated because they couldn’t compete physically with us. Quite frankly that’s just wrong. OSU had a punt return TD and IU had a critical dropped snap by the punter. The game was over before it started because of flukey special teams plays. It had nothing to do with IU not being able to match up.

As an 85 yo lifelong Hoosier fan and alumni I have experienced the TRIFECTA, see IU play Michigan,humble Michigan and now in the mix for the national championship. It IS a beautiful thing! Mikey
