Red Potatoes, and If my memory serves me correctly fingerling Potatoes said by Dr. Sebi are 2nd Generation from the original potato from Peru are alkaline, whereas he also said that plantains are not but Burro is alkaline. Burro Bananas are also not 1st Generation & they do not have seeds that you can plant and grow a tree with, right?? Does anyone know more on this topic?? Dr. Sebi spoke more than a few times and did not only vouch for Red Potatoes. I'd think Red Potatoes would be more alkaline than Burro bananas, since can be grown into more potatoes, leading me to think more natural. So much more to learn and cross reference as we continue on with this knowledge of alkaline foods from Dr. Sebi, peace

Hey I am currently water fasting for 7 days, currently on day 6 and I have been contemplating extending my water fast for 30 days. I am worried about my cycle, I watched a YT video that suggested that women shouldn't fast 1 week before menstruation and that it affects your hormones. How was your experience regarding this topic?

I am 10 days waterfasting, lost 20 lbs. I had 218 lbs and going to my natural weight 132 lbs. I am thinking to go to 125 lbs because I will gain some weight but I will start carnivore after fasting.

Today is my fast day for water fasting, I will be ending fast 31st August please bless me hope I will be successful towards my goal.

you took vitamins? so your body was still digesting something everyday. so you were not truly fasting. not trying to be negative at all, but your body never went into autophagy. damn.....i was going to sit and look at all your vids too.
