I’m not sure, it’s a different lighting system from the one we used in this video. I looked up the FoxFury D10 and it appears the forward facing and side mounted lights are the same lumens.

Did you launch the livestream? Until you launch it and the stream is live you won’t get an IP address.

I’ve run into the same problem trying to capture both sets of images during the same flight as well. I’m not sure why, but I couldn’t locate the thermal imaging data. Going forward, I’ve always flown the same mission twice if I needed RGB and IR/thermal data. 1 mission using the wide angle lens then the same mission again just changing the lens to IR. I wish I had a better answer, maybe someone knows of a fix. However this only takes a few extra minutes on site and you’re guaranteed to have both sets of data. 🔺

It can absolutely deploy a life vest ring 🛟 in a water rescue scenario

With the DJI software you can adjust what the center point reticle of the camera looks like on most models for adding a crosshair, grid squares on your screen as the pilot etc. On the M3T it also will project a shadow of the drone below it but I believe that may trigger only at a certain altitude for landing. If you’re looking for more options with the reticle and overall in general, I’d look into running ATAK and the UAS plugin tool with the DJIGoV5 flight software 🔺

Instead of using DJI GoV5 install DJI Go when prompted after installing the UAS plugin tool into ATAK.🔺

I would try using DJIGo instead of DJIGoV5 for your operating software inside the ATAK UAS Plugin 🔺

If you go to TAK.Gov there should be a download for global elevation data somewhere. If not here’s a link www.usgs.gov/faqs/where-can-i-get-global-elevation-data

You have a zoom, IR and wide camera setting already installed on the M3T. Just select which lens you want to use for each flight. You can also select both the IR and wide lenses to capture images during the same flight. When setting up your flight mission, you have the option to select which lens or lenses you want to use to capture the data. 🔺

@@Skynetdronesystems Thanks that worked for me but I'm now having issues with the cloud mapping of the IR photos are saying failed. Also that seems to be the only way to get a mapping of the IR red photos onto the flight hub due to only being able to auto upload to the cloud wide angle photos. Any help?

I’ve run into a similar problem with trying to capture the IR photos at the same time as I capture photos with the wide angle lens. The best way I’ve found to solve it is just to fly 2 missions, one using the wide angle camera and then the same route using the IR camera. That way I ALWAYS have both sets of data 🔺

Make sure to launch the stream. Then it will display the IP address after the primary server. 🔺

What streaming service are you using? I’m thinking there’s a simple issue with the initial setup of the stream. Let’s try setting up a new SRT stream, follow the steps in the setup of the SRT stream directly from the tutorial. Are you using any security protocols?

That’s a great question. Unfortunately I don’t have a definitive answer for you. I recently ran an exercise using ZeroTier as a VPN while running ATAK and the UAS plugin tool. However we were operating inside a TAK server while using ZeroTier. 🔺

I wish I had a more definitive answer for you. I can say that ZeroTier runs great with ATAK and the UAS as a VPN without any issues. Let us know if you have any luck with ZeroTier as a peer to peer option with the UAS! 🔺

As an option, You could cover the other light up prior to take off with a piece of 3M Velcro sticky side down onto the light, electrical or duct tape. 🔺

You mean in the center of the display, the reticle doesn’t display the GPS coordinates as it moves over the terrain? To my knowledge you’d have to drop a POI point of interest by clicking to add it to the map. That would display the the coordinates directly when dropped onto the map. 🔺

@Skynetdronesystems that's is strange because in Mavic 2 the reticle is displayed the GPS coordinates of any target

Go to 6:02 of the tutorial. You can pull the stream from any drone that has a place to enter an RTMP, RTSP, SRT encoder link. See if that helps, if not let me know and we’ll figure out a work around.

@@Skynetdronesystems i'm not saying i know a lot about drones but i mean for none digital drones like dji like analog video witch i'm more wondering if there is a hardware way to connect the receiver to a android or PC to live stream it its hard to explain but most of the time diy drones aren't sending the video to a computer so you cant use software they have separate parts that don't export video outside of HDMI cables ( FPV camera--> VTX----> (VRX)/----> screen or goggles )

I see what you’re saying. There is a PDF I found that completely explains how to incorporate DIY FPV drones into ATAK recently. It’s titled “UAS FPV GUIDE” if you locate that pdf file inside the ATAK site TAK.gov or ATAK application and download it. It has step by step instructions regarding analog etc.

I found it for you. Hopefully this helps. To download the PDF: -Open the ATAK application. -Then launch the UAS plugin. -Click return to UAS tool. -Open Settings -Scroll down to the bottom until you see “Show FPV guide” -Click on the 3 vertical dots in the top right inside the PDF. Then click download The FPV guide is something I’ve been excited to dig into but haven’t had the time to yet. Let us know if it works for you and anything interesting you find inside the PDF! 🔺

What problems are you experiencing? Make sure you’re signed into FH2 and the correct project. Then the photos will appear in the project for you to process.

I was on average 100 ft above the lines that were carrying 115kV 🔺

But you might be able to run it directly by selecting none then trying to launch your flight software after ATAK and the UAS tool is running. If not, you can pull the stream directly from the aircraft into ATAK by following the steps in the tutorial at the 6:02 mark.

If the aircraft and controller are not enterprise models, use ATAK Go instead of ATAK GoV5. Then change the following below in settings. Go to 4:22 in the video In settings change the auto start application to NONE in regards to your flight software (DJI FLY etc). Then you can select between ATAK Go and your standard flight software depending on your mission needs 🔺

Yes, instead of using ATAK GoV5 use ATAK Go. ATAK GoV5 is only for enterprise Enterprise aircraft. Change the detection platform to DJI and keep the DJI app open 🔺

@@Skynetdronesystems Just did what you told me and it almost work perfectly. On DJI detecting platform i was able to see thru cam and move it. However i was t able to fly now xD. To fix this i deleted DJI Fly app and now everything works perfect. thanks :)

@@MarCin-lk8xxoutstanding! You should be able to have the FLY app installed and just set the default platform to NONE in your remote settings. BUT either way at least you got it working!!! I like using ATAK along with the Go software more than I do the standard DJI flight software for sure! 🔺

After initiating the UAS plugin and logging into either ATAKGo or ATAKGoV5 when you return to ATAK and the UAS Plugin, on the right hand side of your screen you’ll see the blacked out UAV feed. In the top left hand corner of that blacked out screen you’ll see a triangular PLAY button. If you click that it should play the feed from the aircraft. Let us know if that fixes the issue. 🔺

@Skynetdronesystems unfortunately it is still not working. I am using a DJI air2s. Do you think it may be the drone itself? On my DJI app it works fine. On ATAK I have all flight controls just no video feed. I am also using atak GO5. Used I just be using atak go?

Yes, use ATAKGo not ATAKGoV5. The V5 I believe is exclusively made for enterprise series drones. You should be good to go once switching to ATAKGo 🔺

On that model Mavic 3 they come with that style strobe built into the frame of the aircraft. When ever I have to add a strobe I go with either lumecube.com Or www.firehousetechnology.com

Are you using ATAKGo or ATAKGoV5? If you’re using the Mavic 3 with the RC-N1 try using ATAKGo instead of ATAKGoV5. Is the device you’re running ATAK on that’s attached to the RC-N1, Android or IOS? Sometimes it’s the little things like: Have you hit the play icon when you return to UAS tool after using ATAKGoV5 or ATAKGo? If that doesn’t fix it let me know! 🔺

@@Skynetdronesystems I'm using ATAKGoV5, somehow I'm not able to pair ATAKGo with drone (rc), It seems like it didn't recognized it. But I'll try it again. I'm using android. And I don't know about that playbutton.

When you return to the UAS tool from ATAKGoV5, on the black screen where the battery info displays in the top right. If you look to the left, in that same window, there should be a white triangular “play” button. That’s how you normally turn on and off the camera feed from the aircraft. Did you do the installation of both the UAS tool and ATAK from TAK.Gov? Having those versions compatible initially is the most import part of the whole process. I know it can be frustrating to get this up and running. BELIEVE me. But it’s worth it once it is🔺
