Have had to use a 12 car 377 to go and assist another 12 car 377 that had failed just south of Ouse Valley Viaduct. To my knowledge, the electrical supply could not handle any more than 18 power packs on a 24 car set. We took it to Haywards Heath Down Back Platform where we left the failed 12 car in platform and then shunted back to continue the journey via the Down Main.
