Nicely done. Among some of the Rush songs I've played bass to, I did this one too. It's a fun one to play. Playing and signing is a lil tricky lol. Geddy is amazing!

I play by ear, I do not read or write music, I even struggle with tabs but I just dowloaded your pdf with tabs and I am going to force myself read at least the tabs. This bass line is easy but somehow I found myself strugling with it so I hope this will force me to learn to read to some degree. You’re playing the wrong note in the chorus lines-Carol Kaye does not play the major third in each of the progressions, she plays the 4th. Example: Gb7, (B instead of Bb) Ab7, (C# instead of C), and Bb7 (D# instead of D)

That Geddy can play this WHILE singing is what separates guys like him from us mere mortals.

This is awesome. Thanks for sharing the tab Only thing I played differently is the fill at the end of the chorus. The 5th fret A is playable as an open D and it made that line a lot easier

The notes are correct, but I suspect James Jamerson mostly played it in first position. The line has so many G, D, As that I'm sure those were all open strings. He wouldn't have fretted all of those notes. Nice playing though. Sounds good.
