Inspired to Thrive
США
Добавлен 18 мар 2018
I starting this RUclips channel to inspire others by sharing my journey in life. Understanding that everyone experiences trials, tribulations and hardships. However, through perseverance and adopting a 'never give up' attitude, we can overcome our challenges and achieve our dreams and goals. A critical component to that is having people who will hold you accountable to the goals you set for yourself. Also, being able to open up to people you can confide in and be vulnerable and transparent with is a must. We need each other in this life to grow to the next level.

Transfer out of the state somewhere that living expenses are less . Carriers I work with make good money and love there job
@@mariotorano3781 that’s great for them and you… sincerely. But it wasn’t for me. I’m on to another career. Keep doing your thing though! I do know that those who stick with being a carrier for the long haul will be able to take advantage of the benefits that come with it!
Did you quit?
I never went back after my one year break in service.
Make more about USPS bro… I enjoy the journey now you can be more open
Gr8 things bruh! I see you fam! Love da journey & enjoy the ride
@@Les-j2l I appreciate that fam! Will do. Can’t stop, won’t stop!
Great video bro. I’ve been here 8 years. When I first started every morning was quite chaotic indeed. As time went on I figured it out by the grace of God ! Now I try my best to be there and help, motivate, and resonate with new carriers and employees Of The USPS in general. I know how it feels to not be heard, seen, and cared for on the job.
@@ad_stayfly7 God bless you for doing that! I know God will reward you for your hard work and for serving others. Keep it up 💪🏽
Mannn you work like you have no pressure at all. As a CCA I gotta work like a Mario 😅
@@daydaypo15 🤣 mannn I wasn’t about to be out there running around like a chicken with my head cut off… I did what I could and followed all the safety protocols. 😉
I’m almost one year in. My break in service is next month. Let me tell you, the amount of mental and physical abuse I’ve endured from management is outrageous.
@@Leangelokellomjr I believe it 🤦🏽♂️
You look better and more relaxed compared to being at postal service
💯

@@jamaroon1088 good luck to you
You don't work at post office anymore?
@@mariorios3361 I don’t
Did you quit?
Yes. But not until I had something else lined up. I got recruited to go to another company during my 5 days break in service. God is good! 🙌🏽
@@inspiredtothrive so you're not in the postal service anymore?
Man….. what a story my man!!!! I love how your take on how our lives are really in Gods hands. Your testimony of God having his hand on your life is incredible. So inspiring!!! Tell your story and you will win souls to his Kingdom. This message is so powerful!!!! Kingdom Warrior!!!

What is the drug test and physical invovled? Do you have to give blood or just urine?
@@comment5398 no drug testing required
@@inspiredtothrive thanks for the information. So they don't do a urine or blood test?
@@comment5398 no
Wow. It’s beautiful where you are
I wish I didnt quit FUCK
you sound burnt out bro. Gotta have some time to yourself
Stick with it dude, u will be so glad when u get your own route and stop getting sent to other stations and all that bullshit
U wanna make money go to crst as a truck driver
U will only make around 22.oo dollars as a regular once reg you will make 1100.00 per check don't be surprised
Once you become a regular u will only survive if you get on the max list
Just keep it up you can do it its get better
Good for you. I started with high hopes. Breezed through training, academy etc. Then my assigned station was horrible. Worst management I have ever encountered at a job!!! Liars, two-faced and game players...not worth it I resigned. They do not deserve me! Got a better gig! Union shop as well...
Thanks, for sharing it seems to be this way at all post office!! Smh
I’m knowing brotha! It’s a sad truth.
Thanks for your info ‘ love from Niagrafalls NY
Of course! Thanks for watching 🙏🏽
I'm from Chattanooga, Tennessee I work for a carpet company Shaw Industries will it be a good idea to leave and work for the post office
It all depends on your willingness to put up with long hours, harsh management and “scavenger hunts”. It’s a lot. But there are those who don’t mind putting in the time (20-30 years) to get to top pay and enjoy consistent work. Good luck with whatever you choose!
I just applied and they want my driving record...
Same here 🙋♀️
Please be safe learn better safety habits
No need. I left USPS
Hello and thanks for the info ! Is it better to be a CCA or RCA ?
I guess it’s a preference. For me, I like being around people so CCA was more lively. A RCA is out in rural areas… soooo 🤷🏽♂️
Hey my im just seen your post wow God bless T and im just starting 🙏 ✨️ but i been wacthing your videos and they are so inspiring.. Keep your head up and stay focused 💯 🙏 💪
Thank you! 🙏🏽
That's how you get to know the whole route
It’s not for Lazy people flat out but it could be worse and a lot of people nowadays live beyond their means and have designer clothing habit I’m working for a company called Gravity Rail and the benefits are horrible health insurance for just me alone is almost 300 a month waiting to do my finger prints and be a cca this my last job
Yeah you better put your seatbelt on or you won’t have a job anymore. Please be safe and put your seatbelt on.
🤣😅
Damne you don’t have your seatbelt on and you post it online ?😮😬🫣
He did have it on you just can't see it under his shirt.
As a CCA myself, people never see the big picture and why you wanted to join the post office in the first place. it’s simple…obviously to make money!!! 12 years to get to 37$ an hour that’s like 80,000 a year, way above average on top of going on the OT list you can easily make 90-100k at the post office. Some people don’t even make that with a degree 😮💨 and if the NALC ever comes thru with that new contract for carriers we’ll be making 44$ hour that’s 91,000 a year without overtime.
So everyone will be getting a seven dollar raise once that contract go through
Wrong new contract getting 1.3% 😂😂😂😂😂 dude made the right decision
NICE. YOU ARE DOING WHAT YOU'RE LOVE.
Hey my good fellow, do all U.S.P.S. applicants have to take a long test and pass it, to be considered for employment? If so, i guess studying would be a good idea?
They're hiring anybody cause they can't keep many employees cause of all the reasons in this video. No test to get in. No drug test. Just apply and see if you can put up with this place
204B and Management are horrible. They are uneducated and unprofessional.
God Bless you! And congratulations! This really motivated me to keep my head in the game… I was going to quit today. I am a PSE for Dallas Texas. had my 5 days break last week… 2 weeks ago Union stated I was number 16 on the list I had made up my mind already that I was just going to go back into my career field … however when I went back in to work after my spit shift, a colleague had approached me and asked me if I was contacted in regards to any conversions. she explained to me that she knew someone that was number five on the list that that was updated this last Sunday, that came after me me they haven’t taken their break yet… and that person also knew number 4 which was also after me… so I must have moved up to 3,2, or one! 🙏🏾 I’m going to keep the faith and keep pushing! Thank you for your encouraging videos! 🙏🏾
What's pse?
You live in a high cost of living area it's not a great job. You make regular where you are at - just transfer to someplace with a lower cost of living. Not every station or office is terrible. (Supervisor worrying about you calling in sick like that is micromanaging nonsense trying to put fear in you from doing it again).
I agree my dear my son been one 5years im from Louisiana
Totally unfair
Wow i know 1st hand ny baby very unprofessional
Wow. Good morning from Colorado. Thank you for your story time.
Hey man I got a conditional offer for cca position in Tennessee i got laid off along with 200 other people at my job of 9 years in March
I have been there before. I wish you the best!
