It’s actually a '71-'73 Vega because the Vega received a facelift in '74 and also the Vega was discontinued after the '77 model year. Great model by the way.

Nice job on the Auburn! Hotwheels made an all green version, but yours with the white fenders looks sharp!! Not a big fan of "off colored" tires, but with the paint they actually look neat. I have several of these with no windshield, great job making a new one, and I'll try the same. Rollbar was a good idea, and really makes it look like it is ready to race!!

Nice restoration, but you didn’t show how you refitted the wheels. I’m wondering because you cut out the axel tabs. So, did you glue them to the base?

Hey Tom, Noah here from Texas. Just a quick comment on an observation. try using super glue gel. it doesn't run and is more cleaner. other than that your car came out amazing. great job.
