To be quite honest though, the dealership here is badly designed, as delivering vehicles next to a busy road for me is crazy, also cannot believe the owner wasn't out overseeing this, or at least a manager.

in some countries there is a tax tarrif advantage on vehicles weighing over 6000 lbs as they are classed as commercial vehicles.......This Cullinan model reminds me of a London Taxi, is this the best RR designers could come up with? for the price of a cullinan you can buy 6 brand new Ford Expedition SUVs, which in my opinion is a far better vehicle.

Sorry, I am old school. The SUV market is not suitable for a RR. Same goes for Lincoln and Cadillac.

Try that with a Cadillac de Ville from the early 1970's, and you have a long rear end hanging out to deal with. I have tried that a number of times with a 1973. Did it the same way you do here, by putting long pieces of wood behind the rear wheels to elevate the rear.
