Unfortunately, the audio and video clips wouldn't play, but above is the presentation about my research for the book "Undefeated*" about the 1960 Missouri Tigers CHAMPIONSHIP team.
100 Years of Missouri Football
Просмотров 10 тыс.9 лет назад
Narrated by legendary radio man, Jack Buck, this video from the University Archives tells the tale of 100 years of Missouri Tiger football, from 1890 to the video's production in 1990. Legendary faces like Don Faurot, Dan Devine, Al Onofrio all make appearances.
Nobody mentions how much all this costs to maintain, not to mention the cost of creating such a garden in the first place
Gotta love James wilder. Man was a beast
Before Gary Pinkel
Warren Powers R.I.P
a very nice person and a good coach
Very disappointed and disturbed when she double dipped her spoon in that man's jam. 😵💫

THANK YOU, THIS JUST SPLENDID. Both these grounds, gardens, and good camera work, and so you know MUCH appreciated. I a, a former Brit..a mere 4 centuries as my family came here first in 1636.
Like Oklahoma in 1957 Missouri Got Some Black Players, Welcome to the 20th Century.
Most football teams in America had white only teams in 1957.

Where’s your new garden tour Carol Klein
This is such a brilliant garden. Brava!!!
It would be nice to have names of more of the plants.
Love your narration and enthusiasm. Thanks for taking us to the best English gardens.
Hi From Turkey , please , can you make substitle in your videos. Thank you
could you please preview the subtitles?
You are a delight, Ms Kline!
wow mother yes just like paradise
I love all of your videos. I have watched all of them. Question. What are you using for grit? I am in the US and when you look up garden grit all kinds of things pop up. Help!!!!!
There is a REAL Shropshire! Don't make fun of me, just nod and say, he's an American.
Bellisimo
Maravilloso y bellisimo
am I dead and this is heaven?
How do you water all these during the summer?!
Гениально, вот что значит настоящий вкус, чувство художника, такие волшебные сочетания форм и цвета! Браво!!! Можно смотреть и 100 раз и не надоест. И оличная операторская работа. Спасибо, что поделились таким шедевром!
My Late dad was 4F and lettered 3 sports for Mizzou 43--46, Bob Eigelberger. He co captained 46 Cotton Bowl and represented Mizzou in 2 College All Star Games in 46 and 47. 1948, was O Line Coach. Humbled, Member of All Century Football Team! Dad passed in 89, was 67. We have a helmet, All leather, no facemask. Jim Kekeris was year behind him at McKinley and Mizzou, great friends.
He’s a hero and god bless Mizzou football.
I was watching TV RUclipss and saw you, I think, talking to a person that uses a huge amount of compost. Doesn’t dig but puts it right on the ground. And uses a lot of compost right next to established plants. She seemed to add all kinds of things together ignoring what others say on how far apart to keep plants. Had nice crisp boarders. I’m old and I want a garden started like hers. Do you remember such a gardener? If so, I would like to watch your RUclips again. Hope you will let me know! I live in Ames, Iowa USA. Thank you! THIS is absolutely the most enchanting "secret garden" I have ever seen. Oh my, such a treasure. I felt so much joy seeing this !!!!!
Me too joy ❤
Прекрасный сад, гармония и сочетание растений! Обязательно нужно посадить маленький кусочек рая и для себя.
This the type of show I will watch again, Carol can really bring out the best in these gardens and in the gardeners. Thank you!
Maravillosooo...!!!!....👏👏👏👏🤗
Watching Carol Klein with such remarkably articulate and inspired gardeners is my therapy. Sometime I work around my small place just listening then replay when I can sit down to watch. There is plenty to absorb and I realize how much detail I've missed on one playing. Thanks for the emotional lift.
Wonderful, thank you!
British gardens have been an inspiration for me since I was very young. Over the years I have created an ornamental "English garden" which is both wildlife-friendly and no-dig. The garden is located in the suburbs of a big city in central Europe, in zone 6b. It is visited by countless bird species all year round, the list of the species is under my latest video.
I love British Gardens! Can you please address Fall leaf clean up? I have many trees and find myself spending my time on cleanup instead of planting.
I built two acres into something of the lines of Wollerton old hall but on a pension and hard work I succeeded in quest over 7 years . My own ideas incorporated and developed worked . Still working on it 10 years later but love building gardens
I've heard it said by some old timers that the problem with Farot teams was the practice (don't know who is responsible) that players had to come from Missouri and that little to no recruiting outside of the state was done.
Yeah well that was common in those days until Broyels and Devine started to recruit players like Johnny Roland in Corpis Cristi Texas.

Fantastical
to replant roses no panic. Dig out and replant in a cardboard box .Improve soil in the bed and set the planted box in the hole .By time that box rots all is well and noods have set in ground with rose roots. The rotted box acts as feed so your set for a good summer flowering again
You seem to have a great sense of humor and high energy! . But You do speak English like our American NYC Brooklynites speak English. Comparatively speaking. Are you from the industrial area of England? Very pronounced.
Superb, truly 🥳
Carol Klein you are so poetic and very charming indeed and a delightful person to look at basking in the beauty of the gardens you are joie d'vivre during these moments wish I was there experiencing the beauty of the gardens and dying in within aura of the ambience. Nothing like that in Trinidad in the Caribbean for a lonely old woman like me to relax in fade away in and rejuvenate my sad spirit. Thanks for sharing.
Thank u Carol, breath taking garden and beautiful vision of owners🥰
Great gardens! Fantsstic! With love from Russia
