The cartoon is really lame. Liked it until I saw that.
Can I buy it for 3900 pesos? Is that the way it works? 😂
This and the fellah that does the clown face with the eye, check is at the end of his name, just don't like that look .
Perfect review! Planning on getting the GMT, but its a shame they dont offer it in this dial color Earned my sub :)
Hi WatchSniper thanks so much for the kind words and for subscribing! We're thrilled you enjoyed the video. If you liked this one, be sure to check out our other videos-we think you'll love them too!"
@ I just did! You guys deserve more views and subs We’ll get there, we just need to grind harder🙏
AUD 6500 not Euro.
Looks very gery beautifull. Love it. But for an Sellita Movement wich is not inhouse i think 6.500€ is a little bit Expensive. When i was think about Tudor for example. But Raymond weil has a good Name in Europe.
I've had the Laco before and currently have the IWC MkXX. Laco is a great brand and the watch is good, but I have to say the IWC is sublime in its user experience, at least for me. It wears so well on the bracelet and is currently my favourite watch. I know it's a lot more money for sure, but it's a forever watch for me. The Laco got sold and I don't miss it.
There’s also Stowa
Yes watch part 1
Wonderfull Video. Good Text and good Pictures. Abbo is klicked. Love Fliegerwatches. I wish i can get the mark xx some times.. laco is wonderfull. But the mark xx has 5 days reserve and the best bracelet for fliegers. Your Intro is cool love the Chello Sound. Keep going. Greetings from Austria.
Congrats! But oh man! I love checking out who’s corrected the rear track on random 70 series Cruisers as a hobby lol
Wait till you see the kingfisher sunburst blue dial on the 39mm CW Sealander...
6:13 I don't have the money, nor do I have the urge to buy all the so-called important pieces that mark defining moments. So I'm suddenly not a watch lover? That's no philosophy, that's bullshit.
Let’s just be grateful that Toyota still produces this relic.
It's 100k and another 100k so you can live with it.
Still around the $100G mark?
This guys right! Fix that fkn wheel track. Can’t stand driving behind these things. I have a Hilux and a Hiace awd and I agree with all these point. Whoever is arguing that it’s a work horse, it’s 2024 ya doosh canoes. The wheel track was wide at the front because of the V8. Now it’s a 4. Fix it ya Gronks. For ages the gxl came with an upgraded digital clock out of a 1995 celica. Not good enough.
It's a Toyota... work horse... not a Honda
You obviously dont know why people buy toyotas. If you want a luxury car then buy a mercedes and have fun with the service bills
You buy a working horse and you complain that not an arab. But u can be sure that this car goona drive even after u get 100 years old
waiting for FM rabbit limited edition 😉
I dont get all the people out there complaining about not being able to afford a rolex so that is their reasoning behind hating. I mean, it's not for you then, right? It's like hating Rolls Royce for not selling an affordable car, or not being able to afford a yacht, or not capable of eating caviar because they cant afford it. No common sense. No one has any right or even entitlement to own something. If you cant afford, you cant afford then. Theres nothing wrong with that. Why the hate?
Well said.
❤
Jist found the channel. Initial response, you guys seems interesting. Good editing, I see a bright future for you guys! Keep it up.
Golden hands will always beat the silver hands.
Hi, regards from Pakistan Alliance Logistics
Bullshit. You don't Have to buy overpriced watches from iconic brands. Alot of micro brands offer much better features. Meaning micro brands TRY HARDER for our business.
Pls provide some example of better features? Share these examples and we will do a short form video on this exact topic. Appreciate the passion.
If you are watching this type of videos, you somehow like a quality watch. Otherwise, why waste your time on whole video? Please be true to yourself.
I have one, and although it's a great watch, the case finishing is quite poor
'What other watch is going to give you that?' Perhaps watches shouldn't be political to make a timeless point.
Oh believe me being political is Trumps last wish for this.. it is nothing but a money grab... this is for sure.. so yeah it is a bit of fun to mark the times.
Checked out Vesterhav by Henry Archer?
Everyone but divers are hung up on dive watches
It seems rather expensive...
I LOVE finding new and interesting watch content!!! Got my sub💪👊
Welcome aboard!
No one is going to pay 10k for a Studiounderd0g watch with a Sellita movement. The brand has niche in the watch market which includes price. As it is, it’s 2k for the salmon dial watch with a Sellita movement.
Rolex hates the consumers.
the price. until 2000 a Datejust or an Explorer cost a monthly salary. now triple or quadruple: unjustified The purchasing experience. you have to be a good customer, that is, buy other things first just to get on the waiting list! (a bribe) the list. we all know it's artificial scarcity
The AD waitlists and grey market just sucks. However, the watches are fantastic. The reason they are so desirable is that they are recognizable and have only changed slightly over the years. To be recognizable it needs to be somewhat common. I love my submariner. When I see someone else wearing one we acknowledged each other, like Harley or Jeep owners. It’s cool.
Completely agree.
No it's marketing and fake supply and demand. Rolex used to be super cheap. Now you feel like you are in the club because you got one and normal people didn't.
@@Chris-de2qc Be it marketing or otherwise it is what it is… Diamond are worthless and not rare but still top dollar.. why because people are buying. Demand and supply. With this being said it holds a special place in the watch industry and most folks work hard to get one to celebrate their accomplishments however and whatever that may mean regardless.
@@Chris-de2qc super cheap?
@@Chris-de2qc Rolex’s history and craftsmanship make it special, not just marketing. It’s a brand that watch lovers admire, and it also earns genuine appreciation from those who aren’t watch enthusiasts.
Much of the Rolex hate has been surrounding how ADs work. ADs preferentially selling to volume flippers created increased scarcity and frustration for potential new buyers. This peaked during the pandemic. Now that Rolex purchased Bucherer, I would like to see them gain more control over sales and distribution.
@@tuberaider Completely agree but let’s not for one minute think Rolex cares since it is hyper boosting their brand and appeal. But in the long run if they don’t focus on the quality of the ADs and their attitudes it will put a lot of us off not because we don’t like their watch anymore but because we just don’t want to put up with the BS. everyone has a limit when it comes to patience.
Rolex is the Seiko of the wealthy. Why people would beg a Brand or Dealer, for a mass produced watch, is beyond me. Having to make small talk, to justify why I want to purchase, or listen to the suggestion that I need to purchase things, I don’t want, to be considered, to give you my money, is akin to a strung out drug addict, groveling for drugs. It’s not like I’m dying and need a Kidney, so I sit on a wait list, hoping I get the call before I die. If you want a Rolex, go to the secondary market and buy what you want. Supply and demand dictates price. Worth is relevant to how bad you want it. Or, be patient and eventually the dealers will be giving discounts, on what they need to move, before next year’s inventory comes in and they sit on their cash. By that time the discounts, on the secondary market will be fat when all the hype buyers figure out it’s a mass produced watch they over paid for and want some of their money back out of it.
@@uncles2000 Old adage is true good things come to those who wait. But in the end what we have seen and experienced creates the hype. So best just to watch the show with some popcorn.
Projected value and prestiege is something that is universally agreed, if you project but it's not receptive to anyone then the value doesn't exsist. So I guess we're all just really good actors in playing along with the scheme. Personally, I understand that Rolex has a place at the heart of the Swiss Watch Industry, but I don't thinking they should be lauded as the absolute watch brand that some people carry on for. There is plenty of love to go around and every brand has its own unique spin on the craft of watch making and expressing horology. Shout out to my most unmentioned brand Carl F. Bucherer. Thanks for bringing about this discussion though. I love that the watch industry is very self-aware and open to have these heated discussions for something so meaningless in the grand scheme of the universe.
Great input!
Some people like Rolex, some don't. Worrying about it is a waste of time.
It is not about worrying for conversing about a hobby. This is what make a hobby more interesting and engaging. Sharing our opinions without judgement.
Overrated and overpriced and waitlist?? =DDD really =)) =)). Not to mention 70% people around me wearing Rolex know nothing about watch, literally nothing. Some of my friends just buy Rolex to look like a business man doing transactions, and they ask me when they need to change the battery :)) :)).
Bullshit, prove it
@@robocopvn unless they have a Rolex oyster quartz.. haha
This watch has grown on me…..But I already have two Tudor so I’m struggling to justify adding it to the collection. But for the price it’s hard to beat
Influencers all push the same thing and say the same thing but they think they are saying something original.
this is ugly man, UGLY and Im a fan of robots
How much is it???
Review of this coming soon.
I’d luv to revisit modern Shanghai and invest in this memory! Great video production too👍🏻
The green for me. Wonderful ! Very happy about this one
Great watch
