I like watching your food review videos from Jb tripping but I think need to watch the diet tho 😊
Hi! Thank you for watching our videos. Glad you enjoyed them. Yes we actually do stuff like intermittent fasting and exercise to burn off excess carbs when we are not out eating. Also we try to avoid sugar whenever possible. Gotta watch it at our age😅 Thank you for your concern. Appreciate it❤️Have a blessed Sunday!😊
Excellent and well curated vlog on what Bentong has to offer! Indeed it’s an underrated venue that’s far from the madding crowd where nature meets good food. Appreciate your great efforts to put this video together. Well done! 👍🏻 Will make a road trip to Bentong for our next holiday in Msia. ❤
Hi! Thank you for watching our video and for your kind and encouraging words❤ We feel the same way as you do - that Bentong is an underrated venue. We look forward to search out many more of such places in Malaysia and share them with our viewers.😄Thank you once again for your kind words. Have a blessed weekend!😊
You should tie your hair it's going on the plate
Hi! Thanks for letting me know👍🏻Took quite a few videos and another viewer’s comment for me to finally realise that😅So in recent videos, I tied up my hair whenever I can(unless forgot to bring hair tie). But I realise in some scenarios, the end of my ponytail still touched the table. So I have decided to trim my hair slightly too. Thanks again for letting me know. Have a blessed evening!😊
Nice vlog! I missed out on the kiln chicken and gunung pulai last visit. Perhaps I'll pay these sites a visit next time. Thanks for sharing!
Hi! Thank you for checking out our vlog. Glad you enjoyed it. Gunung Pulai and the kiln chicken are definitely worth a visit. If you plan to visit kiln chicken with a bigger group, we would recommend their herbal chicken soup over the pig stomach soup featured in the video as it was much more flavourful and the use of herbs was well balanced. We found this out on our 3rd visit there…hehe…Thanks again for watching and have a blessed day ahead!😊
@@travelsandroadtrips Wow thanks for such a thoughtful reply. Indeed, on my trips to Msia, I always wished there were more ppl with us during meal times so we can try more stuff. Have a great week & I hope you continue to enjoy exploring!
Thank you! Have a great week ahead too. Cheers!😊
After watching this kukup. I am going soon

Can you let us have the contact no & perdon to contact for these 2 interesting places. The Gibbon Retreat & yr lunch at that restaurant. Thanks.
Hi, for the Gibbon Retreat, you could contact Jason at +60169323202. For a Little Farm on the Hill, we made enquiry via email and made booking via their online booking system. Hence, we don't have the contact person's name. The contact number which we found on their website is +60 9-233 0194. Their enquiry email is info@alittlefarmonthehill.com and website is alittlefarmonthehill.com/ Hope the above helps. Thank you for watching our video and have a blessed evening! 😊
Hi, is Play at Loft suitable for kids under 7 years old? Can they bring back their artwork on the same day itself? Thanks!
Hi, yes it’s suitable for kids under 7. But parental guidance and supervision are required. You can’t bring back the artwork on the same day though as it will be all wet and it takes a day to dry it completely. So for us, we went back 2 days later to pick it up. But not to worry, if you can’t go back the next day, the staff at Play at Loft will keep it for you until you are free to go and pick it up. Thank you for watching our video and have a blessed day! 😊
Hi, so many interesting places to visit in Bentong! Where is the nearest grocery shop near The Gibbon Retreat? A Little Farm on the Hill looks good too, how long in advance required for the booking? Thanks!
Hi! Yes Bentong is really a lovely place to visit. In fact, we didn’t even have enough to time see everything such as the waterfall, the hiking trails and the French village, etc. There is a Bentong Mart about 19 minutes’ drive from The Gibbon Retreat. It is a small grocer store though so if you wish to buy fresh food items, a better bet would be to drive to Kampung Bukit Tinggi which is about 21 minutes drive away. If you don’t mind a longer drive, there is a large supermarket in Bentong called TMG Mart which is about 31 minutes drive away. A Little Farm on the Hill is indeed a very lovely place to experience farm to table gourmet lunch. We booked about 2 weeks in advance. However we would highly recommend that you book as early in advance as possible because they only serve luncheons on Saturdays and Sundays and hence, spots are usually booked up fast, especially during holiday seasons. Hope this helps and thanks for watching our video. Have a blessed day!😊
Is it warm at the Gibbon Retreat during the day? How's the bugs and mosquitoes situation?
Hi! It can get abit warm during the day depending on the weather and your heat tolerance. But once you turn on the fan, it’s actually fine and breezy. At night there are some bugs but nothing scary. We saw a gecko which was rather cute😄. Surprisingly no mosquitoes though. Perhaps it’s because at night, we burn the mosquito coils which the retreat provided. Hope this helps. Thank you for watching and have a blessed day!😊
Hi how much did the enzyme cost?
Hi! It cost RM75 per bottle. Cheers😊
Hi Guys, this is John from Ginger Heritage. Thankyou for the kind and fair review of our cafe and my beloved hometown. 😊 Is it okay if I share your video in our social media (fb,insta etc.)
Hi John, nice to hear from you!😊Trust all is well with you. Sure, please feel free to share the video on your social media. Thank you for watching and have a blessed evening😊
Wow some nice spots but you missed quite a bundle more of awesome places to eat.
Hi! Thank you for checking out our video. Indeed Kluang has a lot of awesome places to eat which we didn’t managed to cover during that visit due to time constraints. We’ll definitely be heading back again to check out more of Kluang’s great eats!😋Do feel free to share if there’s any place in particular which you would like us to cover in our next video ok? Thanks again and have a blessed weekend😊
Thank you for the informative video!
Hi! You are most welcome! Have a blessed weekend!😊

I quite like your RUclips channel but for this video in less than 8 mins you have mentioned 8x of "hi guys". 😮
Hi! Thank you for your feedback. Sometimes we didn’t realise how often a phrase has been repeated until someone points it out to us. It’s a habit that we will endeavour to minimise for our future videos. Thank you for sharing and for tuning into our channel. Have a blessed evening!😊

By the way HK noodle does not come with dark sauce
Yes agree. Guess it was adapted to local palate, like the chilli sauce served on the side. Cheers!😊
Nice. Laksa description could have been more specific as there are so many types of laksa, is it curry flavoured, nyonya style, penang style??
Hi! We appreciate for your feedback and will take note for future. Thank you for watching. Have a blessed weekend!😊
Giant ribs, nice!
Hi! Yes they are yummy! Something we’ll definitely go for again when we are in Batu Pahat😄Have a blessed weekend😊

That Tan Ching Hing experience would definitely be better if that toddler didn't scream-cry its heart out
Hi! Yes understand. We were trying our best to focus on our videoing too😅Thanks for watching and have a blessed evening!😊
Very interesting. Kluang is my hometown, but left 25 years back. Some day wish to come back for a relaxing weekend. But, you have not mentioned the exact location.
Hi! Yes indeed Kluang is a very interesting place to explore and we really enjoyed our visit. 25 years is a long time away and we hope you'll find your visit back a lovely and memorable one. Sorry we forgot to mention in the video itself, the contact details of the 2 hotels are in the Description section. These are the locations: 1. Kluang Container Hotel Address: Lot 10943, Jalan 2, Taman Bersatu, 86000 Kluang, Johor, Malaysia 2. Talula Hill Farm Resort Address: PTD 40612, Jln Padang Tembak, 86000 Kluang, Johor, Malaysia Phone: +60 19-375 5818 Website:talulahill.com/ Hope the above helps. Thank you for watching our video. We wish you a blessed week ahead😊
The Balinese food looks very unique. Are they spicy?
Hi! Except for the chilli clam soup, the other dishes are not spicy. Some dishes like the grilled fish and squid ink rice come with sambal served on the side. The sambal is medium spicy. But since it’s served on the side, it won’t affect the food. And yes, the food is unique and in our opinion, very delicious. Hope this helps and do let us know if you have any other questions. Have a blessed day!😊
U both Love Johor so much... and all the tasty food..

How do you get around JB? By car? Is it safe to drive around?
Hi! Yes we get around JB by car. Concerning safety, fact is, while it’s not an everyday or even a common occurrence to the best of our knowledge, there have been isolated cases of car thefts, car break-ins and mugging in JB which were reported in the media in the past 12 months. Hence, we do exercise the usual due diligence such as not parking in deserted areas, not leaving valuables or handbags, laptop bags, etc visible in the car. And we always kept the car doors locked and windows up while driving and when the car is parked, even while we are tanking up at petrol stations. While driving on the roads itself, we find that the biggest hazards would be avoiding motorbikes that suddenly cut into our lane when they are in a hurry or when they are speeding. Also do look out for potholes and humps where paint markings have worn off at roads when you are driving through older sections of the town to minimise sudden bumps under your car. In addition, do keep to the speed limit and slow down when driving on the smaller roads which tend to be narrow and have lots of bends and sometimes bumps and potholes as well. This applies especially after night falls. Not every road in JB has street lamps. Some roads can be pitch dark so when you are driving at night, do drive with lots of care. Other than the above and heavy traffic in central areas at certain peak hours such as Austin Heights, Taman Sentosa etc, we find driving in JB and Malaysia on the whole to be very enjoyable and most of the Malaysian drivers whom we have encountered in JB are polite and patient. Oh a couple more things, before you drive to Malaysia, do make sure that your car insurance provides you with sufficient coverage for driving in Malaysia. This one is not related to safety but maybe useful in case you decide to drive in JB: For public parking in JB, it’s divided into 2 zones: MBJB and MBIP. When you park at the public carpark, the signage will indicate whether is it a MBJB or MBIP parking lot. MBJB covers areas like Taman Sentosa, Taman Pelangi, Austin, etc while MBIP covers areas like Sutera, Gelang Patah, Bukit Indah etc. You can download the app to pay for parking at both MBIP and MBJB areas via app once you turn on your phone’s location service. We were told that this app can be used for parking as far as Malacca and KL. For both areas, never park on lots with yellow markings as those are for season parking. Hope the above helps. Do let us know if you have any questions. Have a blessed day! 😊
@@travelsandroadtrips Thank you so much for the speedy and detailed reply. Looking forward to more of your videos.
You are most welcome!😊😊
Hi! We just found out from a local that the MBJB app can pay for parking at both MBIP and MBJB areas via once you turn on your phone’s location service. We were told that this app can be used for parking as far as Malacca and KL. For your update. We have also edited our earlier reply accordingly. Cheers!😊

The black pepper crab sauce in SG is better than M'sia. Sg version is drier, pepperi and more fragrant than M'sia saucy black pepper sauce
Hi, thank you for sharing your thoughts! It’s indeed interesting how a dish by the same name, which in this case, black pepper crab, can have such varied tastes depending on the localities and the chefs😊
