The REAL, Fastest Dough Cutter at Little Caesars's Pizza
This is me cutting dough at work. I have been wondering if this is record though. And for those of you who are asking if the dough balls are accurate weight, ask the 4 people that were there, and if you look at the video, you will see me correcting the dough balls as I go. We estimate that if I hadn't made those few mistakes, I could have done it 60 sec. or less. Maybe I'll try again, to break this record.

How many doughs does a batch make?
is it normal for two people to do dough? because my manager gets on my shit about not getting the dough done on time but im doing it alone. if this is normal and ive been doing the work of two people then imma need to have a chat with her

The machine they showed you does it lol. It just spins flower and water and dough mix until it forms dough
Bag of dough mix, 7.5 cups of water, mix for 90 seconds let sit for 3 minutes whisk again. Dump in the mixer with 16 or 18oz vegetable oil then dump in 25lb bag of flour and hit the button and poof 90 seconds.

There is a lot of dough there that is too heavy.. scale isn’t supposed to hit bottom and looks 3-4 ounces over.
All that skill and he only getting paid like 8 bucks 😂
Actually I was a manager and I made 12.50.
I do under 2:30 everytime, anything under that is insane.

A old employee at our store hit 1m14sec im still trying to beat it everyday. 74 sec how tf did he hit that.
Thank god he beats my fastest time. I'd hate to get that good at a shitty job. About to start a new job that pays twice as much as Little Caesars in my state. I'm so glad i left, my shop sucked, I'd get yelled at for not being fast enough. My boss was an idiot, he said he loved his job so much that it wasnt about the money....sure, cuz he'd totally work for free. He would say shit like "I'm having fun right now" while we got attacked by hordes of customers. Good for him if he wants to make it into the "hall of lame" but I'll pass on that.
now if we can just get a dough cutting machine to go with the dough roller, that would be excellent.

WeMadeIt I feel like the idiots at my little caesars should've. My coworkers would never wash their hands. They were gross. After taking out garbage and using the restroom my coworkers wouldnt wash their hands. My little Caesars pizza shop didnt practice or perform very well with food safety regulations.
My boss will ring a bell every 30 minutes to wash our hands again. I probably wash my hands over 50 times working a 8 hour shift

pretty good but that's a one person job right there. I get a whole tray in the rounder and cut 3 more before anything even comes out.
I just got a job at little ceasars and I've been struggling with cutting the dough but I'm going to try it your way and hopefully I can shave off a lot of my wasted time.
One thing that helps a lot, get to know the little cuts: one ounce, two ounce. This way, you're looking at only two cuts everytime, if the first cut isn't right on. And then just be positioned so that you can toss/drop it in with minimal space between the scale and the dough rounder, cause when you're talking faster than the VCM, every little thing matters to get and keep that time down.
That would be impressive if there wasn't 2 guys doing dough. We have one person that does it and they can do the whole process before the 90 seconds is up

We didnt have the rolling machine at my store. We had to roll the dough ourselves, my forearms have never been as sore as they were when i worked there haha
With out the roller , I did 2 min 15 sec cutting and manually rolling it
